Great hotel , could be 5 star with some slight soft improvements. The room was great size, fridge coffee etc big bathroom separate shower toilet BUT the shower needs attention as it does leek out if you are lose with shower head and the shower switch to rainfall needs fixing too. Quiet room BUT need to work on the room heating cooling system which does not do what it needs so fan on all time and cannot switch off or get to one temp to stay it either blows hot air or cold air to adjust climate —fix this as it’s a repeat problem. Swimming pool was great and the bar tender excellent with great drinks and food which I think are priced fair. BUT the pool attendant kinda awol, towels not replenished so had to chase fit this. Gymn was great BUT fridge was not refilled, and no towels where it should be. Parking is valet which is ok and price is a little high but it’s convenient BUT for this you would expect the valet to help take bags out and up to reception … it’s the small details that needs fixing and this place would be the gem on the water front.

Brand new hotel! Great location! Great service! Everything is within walking distance : from beach to shopping and dining. Clean and neat room, very comfortable beds, large size master bath!!! Room service was excellent, A/C was blasting like a champ. Pool and bar was cool. Friendly and professional personnel! We stayed there for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. Money well spent!

Climate control and cleanliness were excellent. Rooftop bar very nice, especially at night with a gulf breeze. Every employee was highly courteous and accommodating.

Friendly staff. Extremely clean hotel. Food is delicious. Ocean front for most rooms, and a side walk across to the beach. Couldn’t be more perfect for a Clearwater vacation.

We loved this hotel! Pool and bar area were fun. The drink prices are ridiculous though. The room was great with a nice view of the beach.

They just opened so we aren’t going to pick on them too much. There was no one for 10 minutes to check us into the hotel which was frustrating because we waited over 10 minutes for an elevator because only one was working and the staff had to use it too.
The valet guys were nice and friendly. All the other staff there were not friendly. They all seemed like zombies. They weren’t friendly or outgoing. A good thing to remind them: your guests are there to vacation or get away. Would you want people around you to be like that if it were your vacation? Otherwise the lady working during the day at the pool was very welcoming and professional.
We loved the room! It was very spacious. Nice touch on the floor to ceiling windows even though we didn’t have the best view, it made up for it. Beds super snuggly comfy. The view from the pool and lobby are outstanding. The location is perfect and enjoy the newness of it all. The pool was cool and at the perfect temperature to take a dip.

The stay at the Hiatus was lovely . We will definitely return again . Updated rooms in an extremely convenient and good location. The hotel is right next to the beach with plenty of dining options. Valet attendants were great always polite and helpful.
