La vista desde el balcón muy agradable y la habitación muy cómoda.
El desayuno fue muy pobre no tenían huevos ni jamón ,solo tostadas ,el jugo no era bueno tampoco ,en la habitación no había agua en botella o al menos dos en la refrigeradora o un pichel de agua , y no había servicio a la habitación. Ni facilidad de comprar agua .

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Strand und auch direkt am Pier 60. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und geräumig. Wir hatten in der obersten Etage ein Zimmer mit super Blick aufs Meer. Im Resort Fee war ein Frühstück inklusive und auch das Parken direkt im Hotelparkhaus. Das American Breakfast war einfach, aber mal willkommen nicht wieder teuer extern Frühstücken zu gehen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Es gab nichts was wirklich gestört hat. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt etwas old school, aber es ist alles sauber und ordentlich.

Location. We stayed here last year and had a fabulous experience! But is has changed significantly since then.
Internet was spotty at best. Difficulty checking in and out due to computer issues. Room keys didn’t work consistently. “Security” door between the rooftop bar and 10th floor rooms (which required room key access) was taped open so anyone could walk right through. Ditto for the “security” pad that required key access to upper floor rooms (didn’t need to use it). Room balcony (for which we paid extra) put us eye to eye with construction workers on a new building (we were on the 10th floor!). The manager (Sam) was lovely but most of the front desk staff we interacted with forgot to go to customer service school. Apathetic or just plain rude.

Great location, clean and comfortable and a great roof top bar.
Our balcony with what used to be a harbor view and was still advertised that way when I booked, is now completely blocked by a new building right outside the balcony.

We loved how clean the hotel was. Love the breakfast and the location was the best.
The room could have been better looking. Bathroom door was broken on the bottom.

We had to run and waste water for 29 minutes to get warm enough for a warm not hot shower. Disgusting

Very happy with the breakfast. Different selection everyday and tasted very good. My room was nice and my view from the balcony was outstanding!! Had view of harbor , marina, city scape, pier 60 and ocean all from my room and balcony.
The only thing that could have been better is when we wanted to just relax in the room after a long fun day, the TV barely played. Just kept pausing.

Great location, rooms were clean and well maintained and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The roof top bar was a nice place to grab a drink and enjoy a spectacular view
Only 2 elevators maybe it there coukd have been more and it was for guests and housekeeping and the pool was not on the sun…. If that’s all i have to complain about it was livable and the coffee was awful

Nice breakfast each morning. The location was excellent! We started out with a room overlooking the construction going on. We asked to be moved to a different room and the woman at the front desk gave us another room and it was great!

Early morning construction made it difficult to sleep in. Finding the “main” entrance/pool was weird. They seemed like afterthoughts in the building design.

Location is awesome. The crows nest is super. It was quiet. View from our room.was lovely.
The front desk girl wasn't very friendly. The ice maker wasn't working on our floor or the floor below us. I had to go to the 6th floor for ice.

walking distance to everything. arrived earlier than check in time to ask if we could park and come back later. our room was already available! so we were able to put our things away. staff very nice and helpful. amenity fee included breakfast which had a nice selection.
our room key card didn’t work most of the time. had to get housekeeper to let us in. shower head was poor, made horrible water pressure. other than that everything was great.

Always very clean! Location--we could walk to beach and most restaurants.
Breakfast was average at best. The waffles(when they had them) were frozen in middle hard to get warm. Butter was frozen hard--couldn't spread it. Two days the yogurts were liquid - were they spoiled??.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Steps from the beach. Convenient to both North and South Clearwater beach restaurants and entertainment. Very good breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms with a balcony are the best.
If you want a great pool experience, the pool may be lacking for some. But how can one complain when the beautiful white sand beaches on the gulf are just steps away!

Location was perfect for a small girls trip! Walked everywhere we needed to.
FYI - there’s a $30 “amenities fee” per night they sneakily get away with after booking on a third party website. We didn’t realize this until we got there. And that’s understandable but we thought the front desk manager could’ve handled it more professionally. Customer service goes a long way in our book and he didn’t have any.
