i didn't like having the bird on the patio as i was trying to eat breakfast. they are too tame. one took my breakfast slider off of my plate and almost took it out of my hand. being a local i know better than to feed the wildlife.

The staff was not very helpful, just disconcerting of visitor issue, all vending machine and ice machine all empty or out of order, we stayed there in 2020 and had the best service ever that’s why we came back, not sure if it’s under different management but the employee where just very lack and no drive to help. We came in early asked for early check in, was told it should be just Little bit, so we went to the restaurant, hr later we checked again still not ready, we sat in lobby for another hr after we were told they would call me when it’s ready, another 40 min goes by I go back up to the desk as the girls at desk just sat there I asked again then she finally called someone and then said it should of been ready 40 min from first time I asked, then all of a sudden it was ready! So pretty much it was probably ready when we got there, I won’t return again your staffing and condition of the hotel have just went down hill and that’s very unfortunate! Cause that was going to be our go to every time we come to Florida And we refer to MANY PEOPLE, but I will NOT! Oh and you sell your parking to the public and your own guest don’t have a place to park And WHY??? Would you charge me over 100.00 for a water park I don’t use?? That should be an option not a added fee after already paying almost 900.00 to stay there! Ridiculous!

advertised as free breakfast, what you get is a voucher for $30, 2 adult breakfast $28, 2 kids breakfast $11.90, 2 coffees $8, so $48 minus $30 so free breakfast is $18 a day
