Pool water

Was a great hotel to stay in. Simply walk across the street into a store, walk out the other side and you are at the beach. Loved our stay.

Would have liked to see more on breakfast. Our first morning, down for breakfast by 730 and missed out on the French toast. Second morning there was no option for waffles, pancakes or French toast. Kids were disappointed. Rest of breakfast was fantastic.

 Expensive parking, no healthy choices for breakfast – almost no fruits or vegetables.

I hate the a/c in the room!!!! It was blowing right at me but we couldn’t turn it off.. and there was 4 of us.. no where to go.. I hate the valet .. why can’t we park our own cars.. we had items in our vehicle thatcouldnt come into the room and I typically would allow a stranger in..

The breakfast was poor. Budget selection. Poor quality limited choice all departments (poor hot selection, poor fruit selection etc. Multiple items kept running out. Out of 4 days I went to breakfast elsewhere following disappointment with the house breakfast. Slightly marred an otherwise excellent stay.

With 3 kids I’d prefer the room to to be serviced daily or at least clean towels as standard if needed.

the location is excellent, within walking distance of most everything you want to see and do. the employees are superstars, especially the valets. they are so cheerful, friendly and accommodating. Great service

no decor, there was no wall decor in our room, no palm trees or plants by the pool. there was some greasy or oily smears on the wallpaper above the bed in our room.

the location relative to the beach front

the breakfast was lack luster. the sliding door in the room to the balcony was broken. Sunday prior to checkout the water was turned off in the whole hotel for some reason, so my wife and i were unable to have coffee or shower. had to buy a bottle water so we could brush our teeth. I told the front desk about the sliding door and was told that it would be taken care of but never was.

Close to beach

Had a balcony room. Really needs low light on track of slider when the door is opened. The slider lock sticks out and is sharp, an injury occurred from it sticking out.

Had a great time, location was very good. The only thing we were told one vehicle would be free and 2nd we would have to pay for. Found out when we checked out we had to pay for both. Overall very nice and accommodating.

Really good breakfast excellent sized rooms with added bonus of a balcony. Great location for the beach

Staff was very kind. Pool was very good and had excellent view. Breakfast was fantastic.

The most important thing was noise from nearby restaurant. They had a live music. It was terrible to my family. It kept me awake until midnight.

Big rooms and beautiful views... Variety of tv channels, really clean. Breakfast was good overall and plenty of seating space.

Booked two rooms a month ahead paid in full, requested rooms next to each other, hotel confirmed via message of the request. Day comes in got us 10 rooms apart from each other. Thank goodness they were on same floor🤦‍♂️ Also did the check in thru the app day before, got to the hotel at 4pm and only one room was available no reason was given other than they were almost sold out. Finally the other room was given at 5:12pm. 🤦‍♂️ What's the sense of paying a month ahead and do a check in a day before, if none of the requests were fulfilled? Next time I will stick with Hilton Hotels. Tried something different here and didn't work.
