very clean rooms and no lingering smells.
early morning (6 am) doors started opening then a loud close..
we went down to breakfast at 9..and the food was not fresh and just warm..i know not many people using the hotel during winter months. so i do understand..but was disappointed

Unfortunately my room had bed bugs.
I have several bites all over my body, arms, hands, neck and face.
As well there were several people loitering in the lobby and outside at all times.
I will say however that the staff was very hospitable and my stay was fully covered. I will not be returning despite the service though.

I want to share what I did not like. No screens in window. Had this beatiful patio door that we could not open as no screen. It was very hot in room even with air conditioner on. Only thing that we found negative. Everything else was excellent

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Invited family members to join us for breakfast and no problem to include them. Staff provided extra blankets prompting.

Mathew at the front desk and the breakfast attendant provided excellent customer service. Our room was in dire need of an updating, we continually were awakened by heavy footsteps coming from the room above us = sound proofing was inadequate. There was limited space to park while checking in/out and at times the underground parking area was full.

Very very noisy AC. Very noisy street. People doing drugs next to hotel. Hope your car isn’t broken into.

We were there for a very short time. It was all good

Was close too grocery store and food and centrally located.No elevator to our floor was not good.Had to go up and down 1 floor using stairs.And the breakfast was not bad

Checking in was amazing and the front stay was approachable and informative of the area. The room had alll amenities for a great stay and they had gluten free options for my family. There was a few things to do in walking distance and it was a beautiful place to stay.

Absolutely terrible experience. Checked in late after a very long day and the room had a horrendous smell (the only way I can describe it is “death”. Then we were woken up at 7am with banging and construction basically right outside our window- we were not warned or even given a courtesy heads up. There are clearly locals living in this hotel, I went to get something from our car, after check in, very sketchy. Told the hotel about it, they said someone would follow up, nothing has been done. Don’t recommend at all. Don’t be ripped off like us :( this hotel should not have the Best Western name. Very deceiving. The only positive thing we have to say is the front desk staff were very good.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable, but utilitarian hotel. Good value for money. Nice staff. Nice breakfast room with standard fare.
