We had a wonderful time at The Leela Hotel. All the staff where friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated Afreen's help at the front desk. She always had a smile on her face and was happy to answer our questions. Ranhey did a great job cleaning our room. We will definitely come back to The Leela Hotel next time we visit

Leela was one of the greatest hotel experiences. From the moment we entered the hotel, we knew it was a special place to be. Security was smooth, check in was a easy, we got upgraded for our first time at this location, the room was spotless and really impressive, the food was top notch, service was impeccable. Leela is truly one of the greatest hotels in the world. Special thanks to Karishma for the great service.

We booked this place for a big family event. By western standards, this is a 4 star hotel. It caters to large tour groups on a daily basis (3+ busses a day) and is quite busy. Overall, the hotel is very clean but they over fragrance the common areas to the point where it's almost hard to breathe. The rooms were well setup. Bathrooms were pretty decent. Overall, food quality was good, breakfast options were large and some changed daily. The service itself was quite poor and not reflective of a 5 star hotel. Our first morning, we were basically ignored by the wait staff until we spoke with Deepak, who then ensured that we received the basics. Coffee/tea service is very slow, taking more than 15 mins at times. Often, we had to ask for the same thing repeatedly. The staff needs to write the orders down because it was often wrong. There were a few standout wait staff at Cafe Knosh: Hashmeet, Deepak, Raj, Nitin, and Himanshu (chef) that ensured that our large group was well looked after, each meal. The billing process in Indian hotels is nonsensical. Each line item is taxed at 18% instead of applying the tax as a one line item at the end. It may be a industry requirement, but it is very confusing and redundant. We had requested one of our bills to be applied to 4 separate rooms, and it was only done to 2 of them, causing extensive and unnecessary delays during checkout. Goes to show the lack of attention to detail in service, that you would see at a true 5 star hotel.

Recently me and my sister visited Delhi and stayed at Leela Ambience and conference hotel. Wow, what a pleasant and warm welcome.
All security guards were so friendly, welcomed us with folded hands everytime we entered. Atithi Devo Bhavah feeling.
Rooms were neat and clean, all services were wonderful, all the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely experience.
Bishoya is pretty young lady who looked after us so well. We flet like at home. Just to see her again I would come and stay at Leela anytime. Keep up the good work Bishoya.

We were very much disappointed with Spa, none of us enjoyed the massage treatment we paid for, it was NOT what we expected, we didn't feel relaxed at all. It was waste of time and money.

I booked one night at a hotel in Delhi through Expedia for two adults and a 14-year-old child with the plans to book another day 2 weeks out after returning back to Delhi if we liked the experience, which we did not do. Upon arrival, the receptionist unexpectedly informed us of an additional charge for anyone over 12, which should have been included in the Expedia pricing itself. This was the only hotel out of 17 on our India trip with such a fee, which I felt was suspicious, but I paid it.
The receptionist provided us an upgrade due to the extra hassle. However, the next day, when I enquired more about the charge, a different receptionist explained the charge was for the room upgrade, not the child's age. Realizing I might have been misled by the previous night's receptionist, I requested a follow-up, which they promised to have over 2 days but after over two weeks, there has been no response. While the facilities and service were overall good, the suspicious charge and the handling of this situation was concerning and disappointing especially for a five-star hotel.

Good property but pretty badly inflicted by poor service. Staff is very disconnected whether at reception, restaurant or while calling from room (phones do not get answered easily and answers are not consistent). Bright spot in the property is housekeeping…good room (we had a suite) and it was cleaned well

Great Hotel to a point staff all very helpful apart from reception staff. Very slow on check out and they actually go and check your mini bar when you are checking out before they let you check out. My taxi for flight was waiting it was all a very slow process. Also when my partner booked this hotel he had trouble adding breakfast so emailed the hotel and was advised it would be added on for the same price of £5 per day at the point of check in. However the reception team did not add it and changed me £14 per day instead. Every time I had a shower my whole bathroom got flooded and I had to call staff to come and clean the bathroom as I had to put down 3/4 large towels. I also told the manager and the cleaning manager however nothing was down about it. The seal on the shower door was broken that’s why way the water came out in to all the bathroom. Anyway apart from the above the hotel itself is beautiful.
