This hotel was all about service and the place was in great condition. Out of 18 counties, this was our favorite city and hotel. I can’t say enough good things. The breakfast had plenty of options and was good. Poolside service was impeccable with a large drink menu. We stayed on the first floor next to the pool which was very convenient after a full day of exploring temples…..For $20 they provided us an amazing driver and tuk tuk to take you on day tours of all the temples and the gentlemen waits for you with an ice cold washcloth and bottle of water after each temple!!! The front desk ladies were super nice and also very helpful. If you are like me and tirelessly search for the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap, this one is it. Oh almost forget to mention they have a special dinner with native dancing every Tuesday and Saturday which is so worth your time and money.

We had a lovely Cambodian dinner cooked at our table the first night, and then they organized an excellent English speaking guide to take us to Angkor Wat and the AW regional temples. The check in was amazing as we were seated and the check in came to us. Same with the check out. Cold towels greeted us whenever we returned to the hotel. I strongly recommend this property.

They were so friendly, remembered our names personally and room numbers the whole stay, and thought of every detail! My family and large group traveling with us were truly blown away. There’s not one negative thing I could say, and I will 100% stay here every single time I’m in Siem Reap!

The folks at Khmer Mansion literally treated us like royalty from the minute we stepped onto their property. I've never experienced anything like it, in all my travels. I cannot rave enough about this hotel and its staff. And I'm not one to "rave" at all, really.

Although the hotel is small, the staff is amazing, the ambiance is charming, and the presentation is a model for what any six-star hotel should provide. There is a gym, spa, pool, swim-up bar, and serene decor. However, the service is better than we get at the top hotels. From the moment you drive up, be prepared to be surprised. The staff anticipates every need and is beyond incredible in every sense of the word. See the sites, take a vehicle to the Night Market/Pub Street. We definitely plan to return.

Great hotel. All the staff are gratious and accommodating. Met all our whims. Spa was awesome. Food was fantastic with the best breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Came to this property as a place to stay to see Angkor Wat, the property ended up being our haven! The entire team goes above and beyond for you. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The pool is exactly what you need after a day of touring along with a great massage in the spa! Can't say enough good things about this property! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Grate staffs. They are expecting what I am looking for and providing useful information appropriately. I asked to arrange a one day trip at the reception for tomorrow in late evening. They selected a excellent guide and a safety driver who provide a comfortable trip than I expected.

This is gorgeous property with lush plants everywhere. The rooms are spectacular and a lovely welcome to the room with flower petals on the bed and my name spelled out. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Our stay here was perfect. The room and the bed were so comfortable. All the staff were awesome. Breakfast was amazing and they arranged for us to have a driver when we needed one. Thanks for an amazing stay!
