All in all the hotel is a very good value. The only thing that is a little difficult is the hotel is in a curve on a very busy street. However, there are attendance that have stop signs that will gladly assist you. Otherwise, my family was very happy with the accommodations.

Overall the facility is great. The only downside was we found leftover foods inside the fridge and we don’t know who it belongs to. It’s an indication of an oversight on the cleanliness. Other than this, the stay would have been perfect. Location is accessible to tranport and shops. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating.

Had another great stay here. There was a problem with my room early in the trip, but the staff handled it perfectly. Great hotel!

Property was clean & staff were friendly. We were put in a room at the front of the hotel the first night & was awoken at 4am by people leaving a disco bar over the road but the staff changed our room to a quieter room at the back of the hotel free of charge. Close to the city centre so very convenient for shopping, plus transportation options are everywhere & easy to get if you don't feel like walking. The dining options in close proximity are plenty & varied. Would recommend!

We kept calling housekeeping if we need to request for more. Breakfast is good. Choices are enough & Boni the guy in the breakfast room is very accommodating, hospitable & very helpful. The building is a bit older, but it’s still more than worth staying in. The food was good and the room was clean. The staff here do a very good job, and they’re always friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

We stayed here last year and we were more than happy to return. They also renovated and made nice upgrades. Staff is friendly, attentive and the location is great. Citi Park is our go to hotel in Cebu. We look forward to our future stays there.
