Nicely furnished, spacious, clean, comfortable double room. There were two bay windows that made it nice and bright though would be good to have black out curtains for the morning sun Delicious continental breakfast with cereal, fresh fruit and croissants.

Very pleasing all round; A porch outside the front door would be good for smokers; A hand-rail for towels would save the necessity of changing towels every day and be more ecofriendly; Very welcoming and comfortable.

A lovely stay at Arden bb our room had so much character was clean and very welcoming would definitely recommend it was a few minutes walk to the center of Arundel

Lovely B&B, great location, very welcoming hosts. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again as was perfect for a weekend get away.

1st class stay - nice and clean accomodation ,decent mattress which is not that common plus thin and think pillow options which is a bonus Was my bday and Lucie left me.a card and some chocs which was a nice touch Overall good location and very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Arden house. The location of this house is very handy to get around the area. The room was very nice and clean. Excellant service. Lucie is a very friendly and lovely host! The breakfast was good! Would definitely reccomend! Thank you!
