This was a great choice! The hotel was beautiful and well managed and had an excellent location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay very much. We want to choose this hotel again.

Very nice property with extreemly good security. Room was very large for Japan (although we did book a larger more expensive room so cannot speak to the size or configuration of the regular rooms). Location is 3 minutes from train station and at the end of the main street and very close to the walking street filled with shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable room. Guest self service coin operated laundry room is excellent and TV has a channel that lets you know when the machines are in use or free. There is free coffee in the lobby for guests.

The room is very spacious. Toilet & bathroom are being separated. we have a small living area with wooden floor inside our room which i like most. Overall the hotel is very clean and new. Location is so convenient too. Highly recommended.

We had a great 2-night stay. Counter staff service is excellent, the young man (sorry we did not ask his name) who checked us in was very helpful, personally helped my wife to move our luggages to our room while I parked the car in a coin-operated car park nearby for the first night. We parked the car in the hotel car park for the second night.
The room allocated to us was roomy, that has a step up to the couch area, that you need to be careful (that was pointed out to us). There was not much storage space for clothes in the room for a long stay, but for short stay like ours, it’s not much of a problem.

I loved everything about this hotel. The room was amazing, so spacious and comfortable. The staff seemed happy to help. I loved the coffee in the lobby and room. The location couldn’t be better. I don’t know what else to say, other than I will look to stay here again! Truly wonderful. Thank you.
