Location location location! Can’t beat the area. Around a ton of restaurants, bars, shopping.
Basic room, but it was big. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice room and great location in Bilbao close to the old town and the main shopping area. The only negative of the room was bathroom size in particular the shower which was small. However if i was in Bilbao again i would certainly consider staying here again.

My room was charming and had a very nice Flair. All receptionists were super friendly and attentive. The bathroom was not overall clean.
If you have somebody in the next room talking, you understand every single word, so earplugs are recommended.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is surrounded by nice bars and Restaurants and as central as can be.
I overall felt good and comfy at the casual Gurea.

Friendly staff, convenient location in the old town. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by.
It was a 20 minute walk from the bus stop where the airport bus dropped us off but that isn't any fault of the hotel.

Great staff, excellent location but the bathroom,though new and well kept, was a an issue with the shower. Good pressure but the 1/3 plexiglass screen on the tub did a poor job of containing the water and the result was having to towel the floor.

Small basic hotel downtown . Problems finding parking in a city center. Would appreciate information about parking in the city parking garage to be sent ahead and not when we called after 30 min looking for it!
