Its a sauna, plz dont stay here in the hot months. The rooms get heated and there is no airflow. Becomes very hard to fall asleep, the windows dont open only tilt and there is nothing you can do about it. The guest kitchen was not functional and there was a lot of noise from the neighbouring hostel throughout the night.

Room was hot, no ac, no fan, no curtains. Also smelt a little funky. The light and USB for my bed also did not work. Maybe I just got a dud room, but other a&o hostels have seemed better.

First the give a bed in full room !! I go there all the bed was busy then i go down again fron the 5th floor and the recpetion said i have no idea !! The i have asked him to put me at female room die to his mistake becouse when i booked i did not find female room !! He refused !! Then i was the only female in room with 5 guys they were sleeping naked !! And everything was dirty tooo mich dirt

No ac, very hot, understaffed, the shower could burn your skin if you touch the hot side of the handle, windows are broken, unsafe to walk outside, too many smokers outside, smells like cigarettes inside the room. Do not recommend, unless you want to save money.

Got there around 2am after a long train ride and got our key and went up to our room and someone else was in there. Went back down and was told that they didn’t have any rooms available and had to sleep in a hostel room with others. Mind you we have had this booked far in advance. Overall just had a bad experience.

A nice and affordable room for two, nothing to complain. It’s a big hostel and there are labyrinth aisles round the building, but we managed to find out way to the room every time. :)

Great for one night stay near the train station, there is everything you need for a quick stop over. For a longer stay, I would recommend something else, there is no air conditioning in the room. It was extremely warm and even it was already cooler outside- the window doesn’t open fully so you can’t let the cool air in. The elevators also take forever to get up and down since there is all the time someone coming down or going up and stopping at every single floor.

Worst place I have ever been! Room only had 1 window and it was beyond hot in the room. I asked for a fan and they said no. It was almost imposible to sleep cuz the room felt like a sauna. I asked 3 diferent employees for help and nobody did anything. I had a private room and it was “clean” (under the bed wasn’t) the room smell like bleach and the bathroom smell really bad. I could deal with the smells but definitely not with the heat and sweating all night long. I don’t recomend this place at all. They also offer things like hair dryer that is attached to the wall but there is no outlet to conect it. Seriously … pay some more and stay in a better place.

It says hotel on the site but it is CLEARLY a hostel. Don’t let them fool you with “half of it is a hotel”. No it’s not, it’s a hostel and it looks shady as hell.

Nice place, walking distance to Vienna Central Station. It was a bit noisy at night. Had to carry luggage down via a staircase. It was warmer and no fan or AC. If you open the windows, street noise was bothering. Otherwise a decent stay.
