Property is within walking distance from Shinjuku station. Room is very clean. The lobby has a currency exchange machine.

Shinjuku is a great location for connecting to different parts of Tokyo, and for all the late night food and shopping options around the station. While the walk to the hotel is not so short, there are underground routes one can take from the station add if you’re above ground, there are lots of convenience stores and restaurants along the way. My partner and two small children got used to it during our 6 night stay, and we appreciated the room and facilities as well as the friendly staff.

Walking distance from Shinjuku station.very nice and clean room. We really like the self service laundry facilities. It helps us a lot in those hot weather.
Good price for four of us to stay at a same room.
there is one of thing that I would suggest is to have a foldable luggage stand underneath TV unit,
I will highly recommend for people to stay while they are in Tokyo.

Excellent location for families wanting to explore Tokyo. Rooms are clean and spacious for Tokyo standards. There is a laundry on site which is so helpful. We were a family of 5 and fit great in the room with enough beds for all. Well connected to metro and stores nearby. Highly recommend this apart-hotel. Friendly and kind reception as well.

The Hotel was delightfully central with multiple cultural and modern attractions that never left you lacking entertainment .Meanwhile the staff were friendly and warm, the cleaners respectfully but diligently working and everything working as it should. the beds were comfortable the space used well and well fitting robes for free.however despite this it could have been improved by adding cold water instead of lukewarm.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had booked a family room with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds. We loved having the kitchenette and dining table. It was about 15 mins walk from Shinjuku station, would have been better if it was slightly closer.
