Beautiful hotel with many different rooms to explore and to enjoy a drink in. The hotel had many hidden rooms that took a few days to discover. Do check out the rooftop terrace! Breakfast included was delicious with great variety - coffee and snacks all day. Rooms were clean and maintained. The staff were attentive to our needs. Do not hesitate to ask questions and ask for restaurant recommendations! Location: quick access to buses. Close to mini markets. In summary, this hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Palermo. We loved this little gem of a boutique hotel - the facilities and general comfort were beyond expectations. The staff were absolutely outstanding - with the reception staff changing our sheets when I spilt water on the bed! Breakfast and snacks were generously offered and we felt we were made to feel special!

The Building was incredible and gave a real sense of history. The owners have restored it beautifully and are still working on additional areas but this didn't impact the current rooms or our stay at all. The location couldn't have been better for all transport options and it is right in the centre of the historic old town in any case, so all the sights were within walking distance as were the seafront and port area. I would highly recommend Palazzo del Poeta for a stay in Palermo and would choose it again if I return.

Palazzo del Poeta is one of the nicest stays we have experienced all throughout Europe. The service was impeccable and the overall atmosphere made for a perfect stay. It truly is a gem of a small hotel to stay at in Palermo. Highly recommended.

Beautifully renovated old house. Our suite was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff were charming and attentive. It is located in the old town and the sights were within easy walking distance.

Perfect location to explore Palermo, very friendly team, feels very privat and calming atmosphere. Drinks and sweets for guests, and parking where you give the hotel keys, they take care of it.

I booked this hotel because it looked good value. I was very impressed with everything about it when I got there. Very large, beautiful bedroom and bathroom the place is full of character and the team are really attentive and friendly. Will not look elsewhere next time I’m back

Beautiful and classy interior of this boutique hotel tucked away from the main road. It was a little difficult to navigate the side streets to get to the hotel but Rosa the owner was very responsive and waiting for us when we arrived. They were able to take our car right away and park it in a private parking. This was so nice to not have to worry about parking in busy Palermo. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was great. Would stay again!

Wow. gorgeous property and only a very short walk to food and sights. We even went out of town via train one day sand that was effortless as well. The staff was easily accessible, and yet we often felt like we had the place to ourselves. wonderful stay.

Very good stay! The staff was very helpful and prompt with anything we needed. The room and facility was just gorgeous! The location was excellent as well - walking distance to all the main sites, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!
