There was mold in the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom door got stuck, and there was a big hole in the door where it looked like somebody punched it.

The pictures of the hotel room looked so pretty but when I checked in the room was dirty it was just so ghetto not even the tv worked! The room was just falling apart. Never again!

Quite literally the best place I've ever stayed at. Clean no fuss got into my room put my stuff down left came back went to sleep woke up checked out in two seconds that's it.

Drug infested, dealers everywhere, junkies asking for drugs, and money, staff was rude, housekeepers stole from us when we were gone and away from the room , other guests are loud and 80% of them are living here and all staff live here and are racist. I want a refund

This was the dirtiest hotel ever. When I arrived the clientele looked very sketchy and the room smelled heavy of drugs. The person above us started moving furniture or something around at 11:30 pm and the noise continued through the early morning. Terrible customer service, terrible staff.
