Easy freeway access. Staff is friendly & helpful

The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is the loudness guests at night. But other than that the hotel was super clean and staff were very friendly!

This is a good budget option. There are not as many amenities, but it was clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is convenient, but there were a few characters hanging about.

Bed was comfy, room was clean. Outside area was questionable with various random people wandering property. Noisy children and barking dogs in nearby rooms. Security was non-existent. Not recommended and will avoid in the future.

Everything was great but on my checkout day the elevator was not working. Being as I am 64 & was on the third floor w) my 14 yr old dog. Well needless to say when I should've been rested after a stay at motel 6'Studio.I was exhausted from the 3 trips up/down 3flights of stairs,, I was also stressed out because the front desk said I had till noon and I would be charged another day,😱.. I wasn't charged but the pressure_ physical strain was not a good ending to a seemingly nice experience. Do what you will with my experience. I did really like the stay. I didn't want to leave. So that's my experience with you guys. I hope I didn't get charged a deposit _uf I did when will I get it back on my card.

Wow, so this hotel requires a $100 deposit to make sure you "follow their rules" which you will not get back for 5-7 days. For a family of 4 they gave us 2 towels and said "we have to exchange the used ones for fresh towels". We eventually got two more towels because that's simply unacceptable. The beds are comfortable, and the room was decent. So for what it is, it was fine. But I'll never stay here again

One doesn’t typically see LIVE BED BUGS in the lobby unless the place is SO HEAVILY INFESTED that you cannot escape it. I’d comment on the room but I didn’t have the opportunity but between the BED BUGS in the lobby and the RATS outside I can make a safe bet that the accommodations would have been equally disgusting. Jennifer/Jessica (I’m sure you’re used to men forgetting your name) learn some customer service skills it’ll do your blossoming hotel desk job wonders.

Check in went well quick easy the rooms was clean you can just hear the neighbors and the outside which was not to bad.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Looked newly renovated. Better than most motel 6s and other mid tier roadside hotels. Bad, only no coffee in the morning that was promised

Way better than your typical motel 6

Check in staff was nice. Informed check in staff who was a male that our friend will be in room and we will be extending stay so if possible we would love for him to stay in same room since he is handicap. They said that was ok . On check out/ re up day we were called saying we needed to re up him, thats fine, they them refused to do so saying we violated a rule of having him there. Maris manager created issues that didn’t have to happen. Was argumentative but FROM HER OFFICE…cowardly in her RUDENESS. Life has fun with ppl like you Maria..its easy to be nice , it really is.
