I paid $371 for a week which was a positive. Negatives/questionables - Not clean - stains all over sofa, dirty dishes in cabinets and drawers upon arrival - You have to pay $10 each day you want cleaning service no matter how long you stay - No soap, but 2 semi used shampoos in shower - Oven didn’t light without a lighter - Safe didn’t work due to dead batteries which they replaced, but never brought a cover for the battery compartment which when closed was necessary to keep the batteries from falling out when closed. - Hodgepodge of kitchen utensils and supplies - inconsistent number of bowels, plates, glasses - Lax enforcement of published pool rules regarding glass and loud Music - I was initially only provided 1 towel, but was given more upon request. - Multiple buildings with some old and mixed in with the renovated ones - They did bring a sponge and dish soap when I requested them so I could clean my dishes. - You are expected to take out your own trash to the corner. - Water pressure low - Outside noises seemingly radiate into the building. - If you lose the keys you have to pay a locksmith to change the locks and provide extra keys - Many of the staff and seemingly their families live on site which is good and bad. Need a lot of TLC

#1: Did not like that I had to walk to the side of the road in order to smoke, especially during the night. #2: The pool temperature was awesome. It was warm and the pool size is perfect. The only problem was that there were adults being loud and drinking alcohol in the pool. There for, I did not allow my kids to swim in that environment when that was taking place. #3:The outside needs maintenance. It's looked abandoned. #4:The owner was very friendly and helpful when we locked our keys inside. Very nice guy. #5: I do like that they have a parking lot inside and the entrance gate is supervised.

This property is located in a really great area, with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. A short walk to the beach and supermarkets. The property and service is basic, but if you're a self-sufficient, no-fuss holiday-maker it will be to your liking :)
