Missing stuff for coffee machine and i only had 2 towels. But it was very friendly and kind and definitely would recommend to friends. Overall it was an amazing hotel. Very secure and lovely building.

Well I didn't have a (working TV for the 1st day of my stay. When I got in around 430 on day 2 it was working...have no idea the problem. They did nothing to compensate for the trouble.

very creepy place difficult time getting into my room TV didn’t work and it’s in one of the worst parts of Cedar Rapids horrible. I wouldn’t recommend the dog to stay there.

There was one towel and it was dirty went to see the receptionist and there was no one to be found and then we found someone and the towels were in the drier we never got a dry to leave for check out shower was broken no one to complain to no general manager on duty just not an excellent service overall

Excellent no-frills place in a 70s style former hotel-convention center building. People have long term living spaces here, also. It's a great place to sleep.

Pulled into the parking lot and saw a run down building, opened the door to the building and met with a strong odor of skunky weed, got up to my room and the lock kinda worked after several tries. Opened the door to my room and wet with the strong odor of weed and urine. Turned right around and went to a different hotel. Waste of time and money.

It was horrible!! No bar soap, conditioner, cups, TV didn't work, not enough towels, didn’t clean the room, dog pee in the elevator! AND felt unsafe!!! I wish I could at the very least get some money back for NO TV when you just want to relax.

This is not a hotel for anyone looking for an actual hotel. It is used more as a long-term facility. No staff present, A/C didn't work, people outside doing drugs and random people wandering around the hotel. Everything about this place gives off bad vibes.

This is not a hotel for vacations, etc. This is a place of residence. Your room is not attended to, at all. You must wash your towels if you want them cleaned. There is NO ONE at the reception desk, EVER. I witnessed a drug deal as I sat in my car assessing this "hotel". I left 2 days early because of the noted situations. Hotel will not refund me. Take my advice and pay $30 more a night for a better hotel.

No front desk and they gave me single bed when I paid for double. I kept messaging property manager and no response. So I had to go book room from a different hotel. They tried to get in touch with me 3hrs later I left already. Who would want to sit around waiting on service they didn’t deliver

Everything was very clean and nice the only thing was that the Roku tv was not connected to the internet and I tried several times, but after that we just gave up.

The room itself wasn’t terrible, but the carpet and ground were very sticky, stained and dirty. There’s always a large group of people hanging outside the hotel at later hours of the night. Never got the room cleaned or extra towels in 5 nights.
