We upgraded our room for a little more and it was worth it. Large and comfortable, enough room to spread out, with the kitchenette and table for eating or working.

We stayed three times at this hotel during our stay in Buenos Aires between trips to other places in Argentina. Great location, wonderful stuff, and clean and comfortable rooms. Really nice restaurant with great food and wine selection on the ground floor of the hotel. It is open from breakfast till late. Plenty of other great restaurants and some of the best parrilladas in Buenos Aires within walking distance.

We had a great experience ! Outstanding staff ,great facilities . The location offers endless dinning and shopping options . Recreational areas and tourist attractions are just minutes away, by foot or car.

The staff was accommodating and friendly, the room was perfect and the rooftop pool was my favorite part.

Great place. A little loud from the street traffic and sometimes dog barking but it was clean and lots of room. That kitchenette was a plus!!!

Location was terrific, front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, bathroom very nice. Room was modern. Would stay at this property again. What needs improvement not enough bed pillows and towels are old and they change them every other day.

Casa Joseph is well-located for walking to see sites and dine out. Francisco at the front desk is delightful! He is helpful and funny. The room was spacious, and the air conditoner worked well. The mattress was comfortable for the most part. However, the hotel had some downsides. First, the noise level is high. Nightly, we heard yelling from the establishment across the street well past midnight, and it was also noisy when other guests above and on our floor moved around. Other small things that would improve the stay are a "do not disturb" sign (I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't have one, and it would be nice to have so housekeeping knows when you don't want service); more bed pillows (one per guest is not enough); and fitted sheets (the bed only had flat sheets and they came untucked every single night).

Great hotel with perfect location for walking to cafes and restaurants. Very spacious rooms and very comfy beds. Handy to have the basic kitchen too.

Nice hotel, very warm team, and good welcoming. The corridor outside the room was very noisy when people entered there rooms and the street is noisy as well. I woke up each time when people made noise outside the room.

My sons and I went to Buenos Aires to see the main cultural, architectural, and other city sites as well as to visit the natural wonders of Iguazu Falls. All was great including the restaurants that we patronized, both highly rated and mom and pop places. Casa Joseph staff were nice and answered all of our questions. They allowed us to keep some of our luggage when we left to spend two nights at Puerto Madero to see the wonder and stunning Iguazu Falls. The rooms were more like open style suties which had an electric stove and the expected TV with cable channles. The shower had really good hot water and had the expected amenities like liquid soap, hair conditioner, etc. The hotel is located in Palermo Viejo right at the line where Palermo Hollywood starts and where to the southeast, where aPalermo Soho is located. There are loads of restaurants, clubs, mom and pop fruit and vegetable stores, small stores with water, juice, gum, like many in the US would see at a small gas station convenience store. The neighborhood is very walkable and one can find many bakeries, bookstores, and many types of small commercial business for the residents that live there. The restaurant connected to Casa Joseph served primarily Italian food, sandwiches, coffee and other assorted drinks. Kudos to the staff that were always open to answering our questions about the city.
