Top notch cleanliness! The people we encountered at check in and checkout were warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and continually replinished. Lots of nice shopping in the vicinity too.

I booked this stay for a class reunion. Upon showering and literally stepping out of the shower the smoke alarm started im assuming from the steam. Went out for food and came back someone from the front desk was at the door stating she was checking from the alarm incuthat happened hours prior, then waling up to attempt charge of 250. 00 and when I asked the front desk why she stated that one of the employees smelled smoke! I don’t smoke never have and being employed with the government I wouldn’t! There was/is no evidence of smoking anywhere so being falsely accused all because of their alarm being faulty because of my steam shower and me liking my room temperature 69 and below they ASSUMED I smoked. I won’t ever book with this hotel ever again!

The room was much smaller than advertised. The entire staff aside from the housekeeping staff was absolutely rude. I will never book at this hotel again. The staff harassed us our entire stay. My visit was reserved for 4 people and there was a group of teenagers there that weren’t with my family I feel the front desk staff only questioned people in my party about where they were going in the hotel and reiterating their rules. I even cleaned the room myself so I wouldn’t be charged an additional fee

Location was great! Havent stayed in a IHG hotel with a tv so small in a long time. Faucet inside tub was loose & drain had rust around it. The bed itself squeak & was not fitted to the platform. In the mist of remodeling, I know that this is unacceptable for a Holiday Inn.

Do not stay here. I have never had issue with IHG. But i was very disappointed in the customer service. I was treated very rudely by Latonia who insinuated I couldn't read.. long story read the google reviews before you stay. Alot of money but alot of low class trash running the place. Really need to change the GM. Obviously alot of issues.

Pleasant room with enough space for 2 suitcases opened on a railed stand. The freezer was large enough for 4 ice packs. Breakfast selections were great. They were doing construction on the outside with scaffolding present.
