place was fine.....came into town to see family. area around the hotel was a little sketchy but otherwise it was a good trip and the breakfast was good as well

Overnight stay with 3 friends. Room was clean and comfortable and fulfilled our basic needs. Breakfast server was surly and breakfast was sparser than a normal meal at this kind of hotel.

The hotel and room was up to date in appearance, however, our room was unclean. There was hair in one of the beds, and red specks on the bathroom wall that I quickly cleaned up. I moved an ottoman and an old lipstick rolled out from under it. The staff was pleasant during check in and contactless checkout was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was scarce due to maximum capacity guests, but poor staffing. No coffee, not enough food put out, and the dining area was unkept. The staff in the dining room consisted of 1, and she apologized for the poor conditions. I did not complain at all, and the management needs to properly staff for busy weekends, and have some quality control on room cleanliness. Again, the staff was very nice.

Sticky floors, cockroach, stuffy rooms, thin walls and an echo chamber from lower lobby level were not great. Our refrigerator also quit working and we had to throw out a few things. The bedding was clean, the towels were clean but the rest was iffy for the rating we based our booking off of.

Everyone we encountered working at the property were very helpful and kind. The room had everything we needed. Nice place to stay.

There was a used bathroom rag hanging in the shower area in our room when we first arrived. However the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Awful is too nice. This place was filthy, had construction wake me up at 7 am and no breakfast, had terrible customer service and laughed at my face when I attempted to complain

The room is spacious and clean. There were many people checking in when we arrived but the staff was very apologetic when we had to wait for a long time just to check in.

The room was spacious. Nice counter space in the bathroom comfortable bed, great location. Next to the pool and someone had propped open the door so they could get in and out without having to use their key. I guess this didn’t affect us because we weren’t there that much. I thought it was wrong of them to do so.

The continental breakfast was not very appealing. One morning they didn’t turn on juice machine and each morning seemed to be lacking in foods. The eggs were those quick eggs that taste kinda rubbery. Not true scrambled eggs.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was quiet and I felt safe staying there. It was conveniently located to restaurants, shops & a grocery store. I would definitely stay here again.
