Great and relaxing stay. Excellent hot springs, would go again.

Very nice hotel, but pricey. Have 4 private onsens outside. Very clean and meals were interesting and good.

Food was delicious, asthetics were amazing. I loved having the coffee grinder in the room to be able to make a fresh cup in the morning. Also loved the little "events" throughout the day like a matcha tea tasting at noon, bar at night, tea bar during the day, and late night ramen

This place would be our top priority when we visit Hokkaido again.

Heaven in a hotel. Onsen was lovely the service was amazing. Dinner was good but breakfast (and the view) was even better. Would 10/10 recommend. Would go back in a heartbeat.
