Great location, especially for airport. Only stayed one night to catch an early morning flight the next day. Staff was very pleasant and property was cleaner than many hostels I’ve stayed at in the past.

Really I was very upset after reach the hostel and check in found mess in my bed I did asking the reception to change the drawers and clear my bed From 2 bottle glass, I was waiting 1hour to . I did leave the hostel earlier morning looking for another place even my booking was for 4 nights . .

I've been kicked off of the hostel because of bed bugs alert and I'm waiting for a refund which will be paid in 20 days time. I don't think it was true and I'm thinking to suit the place as soon as I'm settled because I've been found myself in the street within minutes and I had to add un extra 50 pounds costs for booking another hotel. Confirmation number 72761327668831 Booking reference EXP-X 176183524. Basically I was kicked out on Sunday morning the 25th of February while I paid until the 27th of February. The receptionist told me that an email as been sent to Expedia to claim the refund of 2 days which makes approx £20 pounds but I need to wait at list 20 days. Can I get clarified about this please. Thank you very much.

Space between top and bottom bunks is not enough, I'm 5"2, and I kept banging my head on the metal bar. No bath mat, the floor got very wet. No where to relax with others out side of room. No kitchen, just a microwave (I'm told it blew up last night) and water fountain. Male staff came into the female dorm repeatedly, without being announced, this is not good enough! Less than a minutes walk to the Hammersmith Train Station, though I heard of a few people accidently getting off at a stop 18mins walk away. Be aware that there's a different train station across the road in the mall that takes you back into town.

St Christopher hostels are always in a prime location and the dorms are always disgusting like living in a dumpster. This hostel has no lift, you have to checkin in the bar, the staff is never at the reception desk, the rooms are stinky dirty bed sporadically placed in the super tiny room. The en-suite bathroom is small stinky and dirty. Luckily I stayed only one night. It was the cheapest hostel in London so I got what I paid for. If you want loud, nasty, sleep in your own vomit type of environment St Christopher is your place. If you want clean odor free with amenities book elsewhere. I don’t recommend staying at any St Christopher hostels.

Easy book-in, clean, and neat. Loud music in the bar underneath with noise well into the morning. I had a very inconsiderate co-sharer in my dormitory, but cannot blame the venue for that. I would go there again.

I loved the room which is quite, clean and mainly no disturbs. Downstairs we have nice pub where live match are shown in bigger screen. Only one drawback is the break fast it should be improve a lot in terms of timing and food items. In my stay they closed the break fast 40 minutes before the closing time.

I have been staying at this hostel for the past 7 or 8 years. It is a convenient location and very safe. There used to be a kettle and free tea or coffee and breakfast was included in the price. I stayed at the hostel last December 2022 and that was the last time that those services were offered.
