My family and I stayed at the Vita Hotel in Arequipa and I must say how impressed I was. Check in is at 2pm but we arrived 2 hours earlier and thankfully we were able to check in earlier. We went straight for the pool they have on the 5th floor and it was everything I could have hoped for.
The staff was respectful, helpful and attentive. The room we stayed in was clean and modern. Their shower were epic. We went to dinner at a restaurant located on the 4th floor and although seperate from hotel it was nice that all you do is take the elevator to get to it without leaving the hotel. The food and drinks were yummy.Our stay came with free breakfast. They had an assortment of variety to choose from. My youngest grandson is a picky eater and they offered in making him over easy eggs just for him and that definitely did not go unnoticed and acknowledged.

Perfect location for a visit to Arequipa. The rooms are small/no frills, but the hotel is perfectly situated for a visit to all the sights in Arequipa. They even offer luggage storage if you’re visiting Colca. The staff is super politely and helpful. The shower was hot and with great water pressure. They have early check in and late check out for a fee. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Location is the best of the hotel and also the breakfast. I totally recommend Catta the restaurant on the highest floor and the view as well is a must. Overall the hotel is clean.

I asked them to store the big luggage for two days and they did it gracefully. Upon return they offered a nicer room for the same price. Very customer oriented.

The overall property and staff were great. The breakfast was Great. The only issue was the iffy internet. My travel partner needed reliable internet to teach a class online. The wifi and internet were mostly horrible and made it almost impossible for her to teach her class without interruptions.
