Lack of Maintenance. Unfitting doors of the sink cabinet. Garage Spaces: Garage under construction and in poor condition. Water comes out of the roof pipes (sanitary??) over some parking spaces. The garage exit may be obstructed if a vehicle is parked in front of the exit.

Great property, in good condition and located near the beach. I felt very safe and welcome and the studio was in good condition.
Some small tips for improvement;
Change towels more then 1x 4 days, ensure there are hooks to hang towels on / ensure clothing hangers are available and ensure that there is cleaning clothes & material in the gym to clean the equipment with.

The staff were helpful in getting me into my room earlier than i was supposed to. I was very tired from traveling and they got me into my room before the check in time. Very appreciative of that.

While this is priced low and its location is fine, I felt like I was in a prison.
There is a large gate and security for an area I felt safe to walk all hours. I have been to this part of Spain many times. This property had zero flavor of Spain.
It has basic homogenized decor- you could basically be anywhere in the world. Zero charm.
If you are fearful of a place then this is an option.
I do not travel to have no experience of where I am going. They had no amenities- no soap, towels were tiny... they were friendly and it was clean.
But for my money, I will go elsewhere in the future.

Not suitable for a short stay, but maybe good for longer ones. The services are not comparable to the ones one usually find in hotels. Had to wait to check in later than the check in time, and to not find towels or amenities. Depending on the person of the desk, the conversation could be pleasant or had room for improvement.

The studios are convenient and reasonably priced. The staff was great, very attentive.
However, they need maintenance. Freezer door was off, stove hood did not work. They only provide very basic kitchen utensils.
