Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. We couldn't get a hold of anyone to get it fixed or get moved. It was very frustrating.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza at the start of April for 5 nights. The staff were very helpful and obliging and when we requested a room change, it was no trouble. We had booked breakfast and there was plenty of choice - from continental to Swahili. Thank you Crowne Plaza for a lovely stay.

The second stay at the Crowne Plaza in Dar es Salaam is always a pleasure.
Good food and clean rooms, and friendly staff in the reception.
The gym is ideal on the first floor, and the hotel is approximately 10km from the International Airport.

This is always my nr 1 place to stay in Dar Es Salaam when I go there for business.
Rooms are comfortable, great breakfast, excellent location. Nothing to complain about and they also have 24hour check in, if your flight arrive at an unusual time.

This is a fairly new property so clean and well planned. However staff are not experienced - food took over an hour and then incomplete, despite hotel being almost empty.

Great management.. I had an early departure at 4 AM… When I got downstairs they had breakfast and cappuccino waiting for me to go. Great service.

It is a nice cozy hotel. Lots of food places around. The staff is friendly and courteous.

The staff worked very well as a most likely reduced-sized team during these very difficult times with COVID. They all made me feel very much at home. When coming to Dar again, I will stay here, hopefully during better economic times for them.

the Property was fine neat and clean the few staff that were around were friendly and helpful but service was slow due to low staffing.
charging 20 $ per person for breakfast is ridiculous !!!!
