Kevin at the front counter was very helpful on several occasions. Towel racks are needed.

Room was spacious, beds comfy and lots of pillows. AC was quick to cool. Barn door on bathroom had slow stop so it made no noise. Big shower with better than average shampoo etc, water pressure was a touch light. Only improvements would be a magnifying makeup/shaving mirror, adding a hand towel rack and a small nightlight in the bathroom for middle of the night use. Quite enjoyed chilling out on the long chaise by the window. The Magnum Moon bar was stylish and well-appointed with lots of bourbon. Food was very good, though some items over salted. Great bartenders! Jackdaw Cafe was a disappointment. Coffee was bitter, and the pastries were sadly not made with butter, considering their price.

The hotel staff was super friendly and our room was lovely. The location is great for walking to many local establishments.

Nice. Farther east from whisky row distilleries than advertised. Homeless around hotel during morning walk. Will probably book a hotel farther west on main next time.

Unfortunately, because of hurricane Helene, we came a day late. However, staff checked us in ahead, so when we arrived in the morning , I only had to pick room keys up at front desk. Room was beautiful. LOVED it! Great decor, big room, comfy bed, & clean. We ate dinner at bar. Food was excellent & staff was very friendly & helpful. So sad we only got to stay one night.

Front desk and bar staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing we didn't like was having to wait in line for 20 minutes just to get a cup of drip coffee at Jackdaw. On busy weekends, perhaps an additional line could be set up for coffee?

Hotel was clean and staff were polite. The hotel does not have enough parking but there was a parking lot right across the street for over flow. There was also a restaurant right across the street that served a nice breakfast and lunch. There were also several other restaurants on Main Street that were walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was awesome and made our stay fabulous. They were very helpful in extending our stay by a night and ensured we were able to stay in the same room!!

Overall, this is a very pleasant day. Staff was great. Property was clean, And self service amenities were good. The only minimal gripe is that no room service was offered without prior request. We had to go to the front desk to ask for coffee and cup refills daily.

Our stay was very nice. The ADA accommodations in the accessible room were not exactly the highest standard. We could certainly make it work though. The room was clean and well maintained

I love this property. I just stayed for the second time in two weeks and the staff are always accommodating and go beyond what is expected to serve.

This property exceeded my expectations, particularly when factoring in the environment that is downtown Louisville. The surrounding area was clean and free of unattractive characteristics often associated with downtown. Plenty of local restaurants and establishments to visit and entertain yourself. The facilities were clean, the staff were incredible and I was pleasantly surprised with the city view from my room. I’ll be returning here when I’m in town for work.

The parking lot was full so we had to park across the street and pay for it even though we should have had free parking. A credit for parking would have been nice.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is great but the parking is a problem. First come, first serve and if you can’t find parking in the small lot they provide, you’ll have to park street side at your expense since the parking is metered. In the middle of downtown so your car is not secure even in the small parking lot they provide. They also charge $18 per car. The area has homeless and druggies everywhere. Three cars were vandalized during our one night stay, including a car parked in the lot they provide. I will not be staying there when we drive through. We would love to be able to avoid Louisville all together because that city is a 💩 hole!

We came for a concert and our room was so clean and the staff was all very friendly!

The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful, regardless of which shift was there. The hotel is clean, well decorated, and modern. Hotel parking is scarce. We arrived at 11pm and there were no parking spots available. We called the front desk and were originally told to park on the street. That made us a little nervous since we'd never been to Louisville before and had no idea what crime might be like in that part of town. Thankfully the front desk person picked up on our hesitation and allowed us to park in one on the charging spots. That was still nerve-wracking because a person in the parking lot kept telling us we'd be towed. Thankfully, we were not towed but had heard that someone from the night before had been. My husband kept going to check on the car for fear that we would be. The beds are listed as pillow-tops, and they might be. But they are very hard which made for an uncomfortable night. Overall, I'm not sure we'd stay here again even though you can tell they are trying to make it a great place to stay. The parking is a big factor there along with the mattress. Otherwise, it would be someplace we'd consider staying at again.

I have stayed at some very nice hotels and resorts around the country and this hotel can stand up to the best of them. The front desk staff is, hands down, the best I’ve ever seen. Friendly, attentive, professional and extremely hard working. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well kept and every staff member we met was friendly and professional. The restaurant /bar on the second floor has the best bartender and the food was better than any of eaten at twice the price. But if you do want to explore the Urban Bourbon Trail or eat at other restaurants, everything is a nice walking distance. One of the top breakfast spots in Louisville is just across the street. And there’s a spectacular ice cream shop around the corner. The streets are clean and safe. I’ll definitely come here again and recommend it to friends and family.
