Good location , easy checkin and rituals scent at the entrance

Big bag of laundry left on the steep stairs, dangerous! Small rooms , hardly any storage to unpack luggage , water didn’t flush away in showersink( was reported)

the location is great, just across the centraal station, so not a far walk. the room is nice and clean. right next to coffeelab so you dont have to worry about what time to eat breakfast.

you can sometimes hear the neighbors, sometimes they can be a bit obnoxious. also in the morning, i wake up to drilling from the construction going on in the building.

Housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful and so lovely to me and my young daughter - thank you very much!

my room was small and had a tiny window only showing a wall. steep stairs, no elevator which is typical for Holland, unfortunately. Self checking (I’m not a fan)

The location was great, right across from the train station. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room is small, so the bed is against the wall. Sleeping as a couple, this is not convenient. Everything was just a little tired feeling. We were there for just 1 night, so it served our needs.

Comfortable bed. Great duvet. Clean room. Clean linen. Great products available for use. Honestly, I cannot fault it for what it is. Easy self service check in and check out. Right next to train station. Great coffee shop next to hotel.

As described in its self description, the hotel is effectively very close to the station. However its first point of strength- self check in at every hours - is not easy and in my case hasn’t worked at all. The QR code received was not enough to get the room key, I had also to fill in a form in the terminal and scan the ID or passport. The last didn’t worked. I arrived to the hotel after 23:00 and I had no answer from the help desk nor from the chat in booking.com: pay attention if you plan to arrive late.

the hotel is right opposite to the station so that was really convenient , rooms were clean and comfortable but really small. smaller than they looked in the pictures. the cafe right next to the hotel was really really nice.

the rooms are really small , the hotel doesnt have a lobby or an elevator. So this hotel isnt really best suited for business traveller. I am not sure if they have mentioned in their description or not but we had to climb steep stairs to get to our room. i had 2 big suitcases with me which was really a big trouble
