I would defini. stay again! Great experience. Friendly staff. Perfect for families. I visited w my 2 kids. Beach side view. Everything close. You can walk to scooters, rent them, and enjoy Malecon at night. Breakfast buffet was good. Bed was comfortable. No cons

Location was great. If you’re looking for an average hotel, clean, friendly and quieter this is perfect. There’s more fancier options but this hotel had what my family needed. Traveled with 2 teens and hubby. Restaurant food is great. Includes breakfast & it’s not your basic continental either. Has great options, real food, cook available to make any omelette or egg style of your choice. Will definitely visit again. Best of all the balcony ocean view was beautiful at sunset and sunrise 👍

Only two elevators. You can wait a long time for an elevator if the hotel is busy. Large groups are extremely loud on the beach and go until the wee hours of the morning. Pool area food service is minimal at best. Rarely does any of the staff come to your area to ask if you need anything from the bar or to eat. I was honestly expecting better from this hotel.

The hotel was good, but the cleaning of the rooms could have beeb better. They never left clean towels, we had to call for towels each day

Great stay , everyone was friendly and welcoming, clean at night you could sleep very quiet , family oriented beach access, that was awesome, pool area was good , very attentive with service , good restaurant near by, overall it was a great stay 👍

Had a great stay rooms are perfect size with great beach view and access very clean rooms also service was great especially by Rafa he was very caring and helped us in many ways . Highly recommended.
