This spacious top-floor unit boasts two large bedrooms. Large master with king bed, private ensuite with jetted tub, and 2 queen size beds in the 2nd, this is ideal for families! It features a fully equipped kitchen, high-end linens, multiple pillow options, a private balcony with a BBQ, and in-suite laundry. The building amenities include an indoor heated pool, sauna/steam room, gym, outdoor hot tub, and underground heated parking!

BED & BATH
With two large bedrooms, offering 1 comfy king bed and 2 queen beds–– there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out. In the king bedroom, there is a spacious four-piece en-suite bathroom. Further down the hall, there is an additional four-piece bathroom with another tub and all the basics––plush towels and locally curated bath products from Soco soaps.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room features a stone gas fireplace, and a large sectional couch, perfect for cozying up to enjoy a good book. Not wanting a book, no problem, enjoy the flat screen with the provided cable. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for basic cooking, including a coffee brewer, kettle, and toaster. There is also a table available to be used as a workspace or for dining. Settle into the lounge set outdoors on the private patio to take in the incredible sounds of nature around you.
AMENITIES
In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set as the sun sets.
Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna/steam room, gym, and outdoor hot tub!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room, and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.
Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.
The apartment will be entirely yours during your stay. Find a convenient lockbox to access the unit and check in at the agreed upon time.

Silver Rock is located just off of Highway 3 by the Dairy Queen.
Fernie Stoke Ski shuttle picks up nearby in the winter.
There is also a new taxi service through Tunnel 49 open all year round.

5-minute drive to Fernie Alpine Resort for famed skiing and biking hills
30-minute walk to Mount Fernie Provincial Park for incredible hiking, biking and cross-country skiing adventures
3-minute drive to Downtown Fernie to enjoy restaurants, bars and nightlife
TRANSPORTATION
There are no public transportation systems available in Fernie, so a car is needed to access the surrounding area. The town is very bike friendly, so once checked-in, you could easily access the highlights of Fernie on two wheels.

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 8 am, this includes the
common areas, hallways, etc. Also, please do not allow your children to play or run in the hallways
- The pool and gym areas are open daily from 6 am–11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- The hot tub area is open daily from 7:30 am – 11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- No smoking, no alcohol nor food, pets nor glassware allowed in pool, hot tub and gym areas
- No smoking allowed in front of the building, by the front doors, nor in common areas nor suite balconies
-SMOKING ALLOWED ONLY at designated area currently benches by Rock Garden.
- No pets
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit, use ski lockers in the garage to store your skis or snowboard
- Ski boots and snowboard boots are not permitted to be worn in the building.
- No bicycles allowed on the balconies
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building. (If you are found to track excessive grime into the building you may accrue a fine)
Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations.
- The orange key fob is used to access the pool area, the gym, and communal laundry room.
-The black fob and white key card give you access the to building and the unit.
-The remote give you access to the underground parking.
- If any of the fobs, key card or remote are missing after check out you will be charged a replacement fee of $108 plus GST.
- Parking for one car is permitted in the underground parking, additional vehicles may park in the outside parking lot. You may have a boat in the parking lot for no longer than 14 days. The license plate must be registered ahead of time.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr. will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $200 per bed if the linens/towels are stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
