An exceptional two bedroom first floor apartment tucked away in a smart modern development set just off the Cowley Road. The property benefits from a private off road parking space with an EV charging point.
The property has two double bedrooms- both with superking zip link beds that can be split to make twin beds. Bedroom 1 has has a shower en-suite.
There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath next to bedroom 2. There is a 3rd room that can also be used as a bedroom/snug and an additional double bed.
There is an open plan kitchen/sitting room with two sofas , tv and a dining table to seat 4 guests. The kitchen if fully equipped with all the utensils you will need for a self catered stay. There is a dishwasher, fridge freezer, 4 -ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric oven.
Note: We can host up to 2 adults and 2 children
Guests have sole access to an enclosed garden that also has a shed that can be used for extra storage for bikes etc.
There are two further 1 bedroom accommodations available on the top floor that can also be rented if you are travelling as part of a larger group.

Check in was OK. There was miscommunication. The property manager didn't know payment had been received, so they didn't send the lockbox code until we were standing at the door, calling her on the phone and explaining that our card was charged days earlier. No big deal.
There were three bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and 1 with a double bed. We understood from the VRBO listing of Bedroom 1 with King bed, Bedroom 2 with King bed and Bedroom 3 with a double bed that two couples staying there would be perfect (VRBO still shows this number of beds on their website today). We saw the listing description stated that the beds were 2 twins connected. No problem! Upon arrival, There was Bedroom 1 with King bed and Bedrooms 2 and 3 each had 1 twin bed, so one couple slept in separate rooms.
The space was comfortable and clean. Large refrigerator, and spacious kitchen. The large garden area was a nice plus. Extra linens were provided.
We simply could not find any paper towels, shampoo or shower gel (a dish rag was provided for cleaning pots & pans). Nothing was provided if you wanted a shower. We've been to so many hotels and apartments in England - this was a first. It was so strange to not have any toiletries. We went out and bought shampoo and soap for our stay. Not the end of the world, but could have made our neighbors on the coach pass out from our body odor.

This property is not walkable to Oxford City Centre if that is where you are hoping to go. It is in a bit of a dodgy area. The property was clean but it really was nothing special for the price. It looked like somewhere that uni students might rent. We only rented this because I could not find anywhere else. The property manager was very responsive and provided good communication but this was definitely not an ‘experience’. It felt very institutional.
