Yo, my ratings are based on price paid and then the expected level of services and value and quality so this case I read the resort quite high because I paid very little and everything was really above expectations. The service was great to check in people were absolutely lovely had a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff was very helpful. I got everything I wanted and you got a beautiful beach ride out front and you can walk up and down the beach to other resorts, so it's a lower price resort three stars but the performs very well for the price and expectations

This hotel was nice enough for a couple of nights and I was grateful for the free breakfast. But the dining area was so outdated and really unclean. There was also constant excessive noise at the hotel from other guests as well as staff. The housekeeping also came to clean my room just after 8am which was far too early as I had just woken up.
The pool area was nice to have but the pool was separated weirdly by a metal gate in the middle of the pool to keep kids safe. There also weren’t any umbrellas by the pool so I couldn’t sit there for more than 5 minutes.
The hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. The towels are very old and didn’t seem well cared for and the rooms generally need to be refurbished.

Convenient location, lots of dining options near by. We stayed in a bungalow unit the bed was huge for the size of the room. Pool was nicely located right by the beach. Great seating available on the beach as well. Breakfast was huge, fresh and hot. On the final morning we had to leave early for a bus and they packed it for us to go. Had a wonderful stay. Staff could not be more helpful. Clean, safe, convenient. Private pool and beach. Top notch all the way. Ms. Kim deserves international hotel employee of the year award! Go there and enjoy!
