The room we were given was very noisy.The walls were vibrating every 5 minutes.When we complained we were told that the generator that serviced the hotel was adjacent to our room.we were offered another room but it was nearly midnight so did not make sense to move at that time.when we checked out next morning I was told we would get a refund but three week on I have not heard anything.

This was a great value! It was clean and easy to maneuver to the city. I had requested an alcohol free room before I arrived. Once I arrived I was insured the room was ready and alcohol free. It was not. Upon departure, I let the front desk know- who happened to be the manager- and she was so helpful and kind. They usually charge $100 to remove minibar items so will not do that unless client agrees to that. I was not given the chance to agree nor disagree to the charge. This was a minor bump in the road. It ended with the manager clicking a few buttons and giving me a “treat” on the house. I was surprised and thankful! I would definitely recommend Loews.

I’ve always enjoyed this hotel what do you need to mention a few minor issues and observations. Both in and check in and check out there was only one person at the desk. I think the carpeting in the hallways is very very dated and from the 80s or 90s. Finally I left a small item in the room and every hotel I’ve ever been to where this is happened they mail it to me at no charge.This hotel does not do that and after spending nearly $1400 over tonight I think they have a little profit in there to play with.

The room smelled of sewer coming up from the drains! We had a upgraded room and very unimpressed! Not worth the money!

We stayed here for a week. It’s a beautiful resort right by the Pier! Excellent location and fabulous service. We liked everything about this place. Didn’t eat at the hotel so don’t know about the food but based on everything else it must be good. Super clean and the staff is very accommodating. It’s our second time here and look forward to our next visit.

I’ve been staying at Lowe’s since 1996I found the service to be very bad for the price I paid I probably will never stay there again

Loews is a great spot to access all Santa Monica has to offer. We walked along the beach each morning and walked to the wonderful local restaurants. Hotel is pristine and the staff friendly. Loews is our new go-to hotel in Santa Monica.
