Everything was great during our stay.we loved the homey feel with everything we needed from 3bedrooms to the full kitchen. The only negative was there could be a few more towels etc for a full family.Although there was a washer/dryer there, it took time out of of vacation time. But all things being equal it was a great stay

Gary L is very patient with me and very informative and very hands on all the way from booking to refunding of our deposit… The place is way beyond than we expect it… great price, very comfortable, feels really like home… will stay there again… highly recommended!!!

The condo was very clean, quiet and was just as advertise.
Gary the host was helpful and communicated well. The door lock was a bit confusing, but with his help, we got it sorted. Gary are you English? I detected an accent from old world :)
The condo is within walking distance of grocery stores and some fast food. This is great since the home is fully furnished with a stove, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and washer/driver. Only one minor, minor, minor complaint: Please change the ancient coffee maker with a modern Keurig. Even if this doesnt happen, We'll be back again.

This property is great for a family of six three bedrooms and two baths full size kitchen with everything you need. And the washer and dryer was a plus. The home was well cleaned and beautifully decorated. All the beautiful trees just add to the beauty its close to publix and close to univerisal studios and sea world a lot of places to eat around international dr. I will ne staying here again.

I had a fantastic stay. The apartment had really high standard and it was within walking distance to the convention center where I was attending a conference.

Trouble with dishwasher alarming, unable to turn off. This was off putting. Able to walk to convention center from property. Publix grocery store vary convenient.

Great place to stay with the family close to all Orlando amenities. Plenty of space for all. Our second time renting and if we plan another trip to Orlando would definitely rent a third time!

It was very quiet and nice on the property. There are a ton of things to do on the property and the staff are extremely polite and helpful.

Rooms are larger than expected. Appliances, Utilities, Furniture are clean & fully-equipped. Heated-pool is nice. Communication/Instruction on Gate, door lock, check-in/out was excellent. Thanks Gary.

I love this place and will definitely return. I stayed here while attending the Microsoft Ignite conference and was very pleased with the condo I rented. The price, space, comfort and most importantly; the customer service was second to none. I had some minor concerns and communicated them to Gary Lobo and he quickly took care if things for me. He even left me some Dunkin Donuts and wrote me a nice note. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

The fact that no keys were used is a great system. “Checkin” was simple. The condo was in wonderful condition. It had everything we needed and wanted without being overdone.

This apartment was exactly what we needed. From finding the lights on in the unit welcoming us for our after dark arrival to emails throughout the stay checking in if we needed anything at all, it was perfect. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed. The location was convenient to supplies, restaurants, parks and convention center. The pool area was a blast. We had a relaxing evening there with others from our group staying in different apartments. Parking was never an issue. Thank you so very much, we will be back.

Fantastic accommodations! Spacious, clean and outstanding location...literally in the heart of all of the Orlando action. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was another beautiful setting. Great communication with the Vista Cay happiness director. Bottom line, this property was "as advertised," we had a great time...thank you!
