Great room. Beautiful High quality furniture, marvelous bed a expected from DUX. Great location. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Not so good parking options though, and no easy place to stop for loading/offloading luggage.

Neat rooms and good quality breakfast. However no hot water in the shower, and loud bass music from the bar could be heard in the room while working and sleeping. Not a bad hotel and I was unfortunate, so I might give it another chance.

Everything from the room to the location was beautiful. Weird with a smart TV without any smart functions, only random channels. No toothpaste, which we forgot...

Our room was very large. We had a king sized bed and huge sitting area. It felt more like an apartment that a hotel room. It was furnished very nice. We were walking distance to wonderful shopping and the train station. They had a very nice breakfast in the morning.

Enjoyed my stay at hotel Duxiana. Great location in city center (close to everything, easy 4min walk from central train station). Breakfast very nice too. Would highly recommend.

It’s an amazing boutique hotel, for families as couples! We really enjoyed it from all perspectives.

First time at the Duxiana and I am very pleased with the the service and friendliness of the staff. Airline managed to delay my bag for a day. Hotel provided me with toiletry essentials whilst waiting for my bag. I liked the comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, breakfast was good with a nice choice. I left my bag to saving dragging it to the office and was asked on return whether I would like a coffee.

Staff was very good and helpful Room was large Lighting at the sink in the bathroom was poor Worse was lighting at the bed. Only one light, only 1 plug on the bed side, but 6 or 8 plugs on the opposite wall

Room faced the street - very loud and if we shut window room was stifling hot! Beds are super comfy and room is very clean. Breakfast is delicious!

My wife and I recently travel by train around southern Sweden, one of our stays was at the Hotel Duxiana in Malmo. We were pleasantly surprised by an easy 8 minute walk from the train station, and then very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and ease of check in. Our room was clean, secure and quiet. The staff was always very accessible a.nd gave very good local recommendations

Very nice boutique hotel in the center of Malmo. Very nice personnel and fantastic location. The lobby is very trendy and classy and the rooms very very clean. My room is quite small, but not small enough to be uncomfortable, but I realized looking at the map that is the smallest room they have, so the other rooms should be better. All in all I would definitely stay here again

We had a small problem when after being upgraded to a larger room there was a smell that permeated the room from a neighbouring building but we were immediately moved to another room. Nothing was too much for the very friendly and efficient staff/proprietor who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Lift available taking you up to spacious rooms with really comfy beds, good quality toiletries with large showers. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with chocolates and bottled water (kept in the small fridge), glasses for your own alcohol in the wardrobe. Breakfast included in cost of room with a wide choice of cold buffet food as well as batter to make your own waffles, bread to toast, eggs and bacon. Reception staff went out of their way to book a popular restaurant for a special occasion for us Although there were not any tourist information leaflets available the hotel has maps of the area and indicated where the 'must see' attractions were located. Use of a nearby gym for free upon request
