We had an Ant line tracking behind our bathroom sink. We reported it, but it never went away. The staff here are great, location is fantastic, and it appears this is one of the premier hotels in Buzios

We spent 5 nights at the hotel. All of the staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Our room did not have any view which was a shame, but I think that was all that was available when we booked. We had a bath on the small terrace, but we did not use it and it seemed a bit pointless placed where it was.
One complaint about the room was not enough places to store things.
The food in the restaurant was excellent, except on Christmas Eve when we paid a lot of money (£140 per person) for a very poor meal. Other diners that we spoke to agreed. But that was a one off! We ate there 2 other times and were very happy, but the wine choices were poor and expensive.

The hotel is amazing, the images don’t do it justice. The staff really do give 5* service. From the second you walk into the hotel it’s like a little sanctuary, and when you see the views just wow. The breakfast was excellent, the cocktails at the bar were fab, and we ate in the restaurant one night which was also excellent. The room was much bigger than expected and nice to have a private courtyard. My only two suggestions would be in the bedrooms - to provide bottled water daily, and to provide a wastebasket in the room.
This hotel really is a gem, it’s beautiful and we really couldn’t fault it. Also in a great location and the steps take you straight to the Bardot walk (and statue outside).

Beautiful property with an incredible breakfast and view over the water. Dinner at the restaurant and mistico next door were phenomenal. My only complaint is I wish they had a bigger pool or a jacuzzi instead of the sauna. There’s a small dipping pool and then the small infinity pool. The room was small but comfortable.

This is a great spot to stay in Buzios. Beautiful property, excellent location, great amenities and really really thoughtful staff.
Some highlights- the heated pool at sunset, the great breakfast, and the ease of stepping out the quiet oasis of a property onto the Main Street into town, just minutes away. And the staff are great! Offering ideas and really attentive.

Hotel was super nice positioned in the very centre of the city, and a great view however I would really recommend the hotel to always have employees in their restaurant that understand English as the miscommunication was quite extensive.

Lia and the staff at the restaurant were wonderful. She even found a dressing I liked and researched where I could buy some for myself after I left the hotel. The test of the staff was wonderful as well.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. And they also have English speaking staff, so if you don’t speak Portoguese that is no problem. The room i had was with a tub. The room has a good size and is of a high standard. The pool area is great with a beautiful view of Buzios. The resturant is also a place i recommend going by. This place is well worth the money!

Staff is excellent! The restaurant has a beautiful view and the food was incredible. I recommend the restaurant because every dish was incredible. It is a small hotel so limited seating in the sun. The only negative was the WiFi in the room and went in and out will on property.

The hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was of high quality and the 3 dinners I had in the hotel dining area were some of the best meals in Búzios. The drinks were well made. One of the best parts of this hotel are the views. The room was constantly cool and easy to set to whatever preference you may have. The only complaint I could think of for someone would be the walking distance to the beaches, but that wasn't a problem for us and Uber is readily available in buzios. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the quality of the service provided, the view of the area, and the overall tranquility of the hotel environment.
