Grace Hotel is a top class resort at Santorini. Exclusive VIP experience in a new property. Hotel is at a Great location so you really do not have to go outside for Sunset views. Great staff and very helpful.

View was great, room was lovely. Staff was friendly. Spa was terrible. There’s actually no spa. Massage was subpar for the price of what a luxury spa would charge. The massage was done in a yoga room on portable massage beds with towels that were not even soft. The restaurant dinner pre fixed was very mediocre for the cost

From check-in to check-out I couldn't say enough to describe how amazing our experience was. The staff is friendly, funny and extremely helpful. The views are incredible. Imerovigli is a little more quiet than Fira and we liked it that way. The hotel was immaculately kept. We'd love to be back as soon as possible.

The hotel was beautiful and located perfectly in the middle of the caldera. We ended up paying extra for more privacy since the room we were given was near the main flight of stairs but the upgrade was really worth it - it was our honeymoon so once in a lifetime. Special shoutout to the turn down service. They always left an awesome treat and extra bottles of water. Our stay was amazing! Loved it!

There was nothing extraordinary to me about the hotel or rooms itself to make the cost worth it. There are hundreds of other hotels on the island and definitely a lot in Oia itself that have better views and is less costly. I’m not sure how they decided their price point but I definitely wouldn’t recommend a stay here when I’m sure there’s other hotels that offer same services for less price. It was also freezing in my room, the temperature would not go up no matter how many times we increased it on the thermostat, but we never brought it up to management because we were only in the room for a little bit. Also our plunge pool was cold so we didn’t even get to use it during our stay which defeats the purpose of why we chose the room to begin with. Overall, find another hotel

Perhaps the most amazing hotel with unbeatable views that we've ever stayed at. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and every request was fulfilled to their best!

Grace Hotel is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Santorini. The amenities are great and the service is fantastic. The food is truly spectacular.
