The property was very clean and worked well for our family! We really enjoyed the pool area. The beach access was nice and didn’t have to worry about stairs but was very crowded.

Great location and host was very responsove and helpful. Recommend the bike rentals as that was key to get back and forth to the beach.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. We rented bikes and a few trailers so we could make the beach trip a little easier. The beach is beautiful and the water is so clear! The house was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen storage/pantry was a bit lacking but we made it work. (We have a kid with food allergies and a growing teenage boy so we may be the exception with the need for more food storage space.) The pool was private and we chose to heat it (not sure that was needed) but we enjoyed it. Overall had a great time and the home was well cared for.

Was the perfect house, pool, and location for our family of 4. We will be back!

Our family of four had an awesome stay at East Breeze. House and recent renovations were amazing including a great kitchen with high end appliances to cook in, comfortable layout and beds and a backyard that didn’t make us miss the beach once we left it. Heated pool and fire pit were enjoyed by the whole family. We rented a golf cart and had beach chair service which was a short but fun ride everyday and easily could be walked or take bikes. Close proximity to Eastern Lake which we love and quiet compared to the craziness of Rosemary and Seaside which are still close by if you want to make it to a restaurant or shops. Ace was a responsive and knowledgeable host who had all the answers to our questions along with amazing hospitality. Will definitely come back!

My husband and I couldn't have had a better experience with the rental process or the home itself. The employees at Ace Properties responded with impeccable speed during the initial renting of the home, and then in response to any of our questions. In fact, I happened to speak with the owner on a weekend, who was more than kind and helpful when I had a technical glitch. This home is immaculate with a well appointed kitchen and perfect outdoor space complete with a heated pool (extra BUT affordable and well worth it!), deck with large lounge couch, grill, table and chairs, and our favorite...the firepit. The entire backyard area was fenced-in and amazingly tranquil and private. Our little fur babies were thrilled to sit poolside and sun. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sheets were a higher thread count which makes those slumbers deeper in my opinion. Showers heads were waterfall and plenty of hot water for all. Location is just right. Not near the hustle and bustle, yet close to anything you need or want. Short walk/bike ride to the beach and dining. The area is a bikers delight due to all of the bike paths. Don't worry if you don't have bikes! Ace will set you up with local rentals of anything you need. The area has a small-town friendly feel with a hint of southern charm. The area business owners are super friendly and chatty. Our weather didn't turn out to be as dry or as warm as we desired, but the accommodations and the local atmosphere made up for it. This will be a repeat for us!

The property was lovely and the pool was perfect. The property manager was great to work with and timely with communication - which is much appreciated. It was a perfect holiday stay.

It was everything we needed for our stay! The layout of the house was well thought out for accommodating visitors and the heated pool was a fantastic feature to enjoy during chillier weather. The location was just a short 2 blocks from the beach, shops, and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave this R&R heaven!

Beautiful home, nicely decorated and clean, short walk to beach. There is a small parking lot and we tended to go in late afternoon to the beach (4pm) and usually found a spot no problem. When not at the beach we were big fans of the pool and fire pit. October weather was perfect, not humid, 80s during day, 60s at night. Local shopping and dining is always fun, especially the food trucks in Seaside. Would definitely stay here again! Convenient to everything!

Property was in good location, right off 30-A, near shopping and restaurants. Pool and deck was great! Not much seating in living area but overall was good. Beach was always crowded so you have to claim your spot very early.
