Gloria on check in was amazing!! She had a disgruntled customer and visibly handled them so professionally and with NO visible signs of frustration. I was second in a line up of 4-5 more rooms to check in and she never skipped a beat and NEVER showed or made me feel rushed or like a number. Continental guy was VERY friendly even though he was kept on his toes busy! Kept everything clean and NEVER showed annoyance when asked for the millionth time, where’s the bacon? LOL Front desk in the morning was assertive enough to let me know it’s time to get moving without being rude. The ‘lady in black’, ? Manager, very pleasant , glad I was able to pass on how well Gloria did the previous night!! All around we were very impressed with our room, the staff and continental -was basic but enough to fill your belly!-.

Brand new Hotel great location just across from West Edmonton Mall. We had 2 bedroom suite each bedroom had own washroom and a sitting area with a TV and couch, refrigerator, microwave. We will definitely come back this is our hotel when in Edmonton and very well priced.

The 2 bedroom room was wonderful. It had a loft bedroom with a full bathroom. The main room also had 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, table and chairs, sofa and coffee table. The kitchen area had a nice size fridge with a freezer, dishwasher and sink. If you need any dishes or utensils the main desk could supply them. Would stay again. Great for 6 to 8 people

I absolutely loved the suite we got. We got a 2 bedroom suite and there were no pictures on the website so I had no idea what to expect, but it was wonderful we had 2 bedroom with each their own bathroom which was sooo nice cause we were traveling with another couple. And we had a kitchenette and it even had a dishwasher! Like a full sized dishwasher! I was blown away. Overall very impressive⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Truck could not park underground.

The property was great, clean and modern however the staff could use improvement. We were charged a total of just over 500 dollars when the room charge was only 155. The staff said the rest was a hold-I've never seen a hold for 355 (clearly charged twice for the room, plus 200 hold). When checking in we were told the hold was 200 so we just didn't appreciate the dishonesty. If you mess up, admit it because now we have 500 being held on our credit card. We anticipate having to call back to have this dealt with.

Beautiful new property. Loved that the multiple bedroom suites had there own temperature controls for each room.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 5. Excellent location just across the street from West Edmonton Mall and a lot of dining options close by. Secure underground parking was convenient.

The hotel room was amazing. It was spacious, clean and comfortable that’s the only reason why I’d give any stars from this experience. The front staff worker was very unfriendly. I go to check in at 3 pm as that’s the check in time. Only for her to tell me our room is not ready so after driving hours to Edmonton now she’s telling us to wait so I ask how long and she says idk, maybe go look around.. ? Like that did not help us one bit. So she says she will call me when it’s ready. 3.5 hours pass by and still no call?!? So I call and she goes oh yes it’s ready. Doesn’t call, doesn’t inform me at all. I just can’t believe how awful & unfriendly she was which is such a shame.
