We do our best to make sure no parties will be hold in our lofts and we will make sure that rule will be respected by all of our guests.
Our loft is perfect for an escape from the city for a couple, with friends.
Our loft with a pool table can accommodate up to 4 people with its 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, radiant floor, stainless steel appliances including 2 induction cook top, a microwave and a bar fridge (no freezer). You also have access to high speed internet, parking, a BBQ and a flat screen TV.
You also have access to payable washer/dryer
Outside there is a spa, an outdoor fireplace and outdoor furnitures which can be shared.
We offer shampoo and conditioner, we also provide your first pot of coffee every morning of your stay. We offer all the bed linens and towels.
We have a private lake in front of the chalet that only our guests can use it, we have a nice dock where you can swim off of or sunbath on it. Our guests have access to paddle boards and a pedal boat free of charge, and we also do kayak rental. Our guests have access to two outdoor fireplaces, one in the front of the chalet next to the lake, and in the back of the back of the chalet where you can do bonfire in the summer or winter.
**You have chosen this place to live a rustic experience unlike anything you'll live at home, we have carefully chosen all the material ie: (barn wood and antique wood that is scuffed and worn, wroth iron hardware that will a rusted look over time, copper plumbing valves and galvanized steel sink and tub that changes colour and oxidize with time)...if you're not comfortable with rustic environments, this is not the place for you.
**WATER : The water in the chalet is connected to an artesian well. All the sinks have a P-Trap which creates a barrier to prevent odours. However, the water in our region is sulphurous like the majority of water located in Canadian regions. The water is drinkable and not toxic.
*WINTER*
*****From November to April we recommend you to have a 4WD vehicle WITH winter tires, we are not responsible for towing or any other costs**** The roads to get to our property and the parking lot are professionally cleared of snow. However, we can't control the weather and our team waits before the end of a storm to clean the parking. We do not have control on the schedule of snow removal of the roads from the city.
You will have at your disposal a shovel and sand or salt with non-slip gravel if necessary. You use to clear the snow during your stay. Our team will clean the snow after a snow storm. Again, we can't control the weather and the end of a snow storm neither.
Our property is located in a country in which we have a long and intense winter. It is beautiful, however, it comes with some constraints that we ask you to keep in mind and be aware of.
PETS
One small dog per booking might be allowed with an extra $100 fee and a $500 security deposit.
WHAT WE OFFER
We have a regular coffee machine, we supply the filters, a cup of coffee per day of your stay. We also offer salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We also offer on site the sale of wood for the fireplace, and a vending machine with soft drinks, energy drinks, chocolate bars, chips and peanuts. Outside fireplace is not available during winter (Nov 15ht-April 15th).

Please do not plug your car on our electrical circuit, it might cause damages. If you do, extra fees will apply.
1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.
2. Check-in is possible any time after 4PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.
3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.
4.Off-limit areas: Guests can not go up the staircase, on the upstair deck.
5.Shoes and boots are not permitted inside
6. Make sure not to throw any baby wipes, condoms, tampons in the toilette, it will the septic system which will stop functioning and you will be charge an emergency call from a plumber.
7. One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee

The landlord can not be held responsible for the condition and / or the proper functioning of the spa. In no event shall a deduction and / or reimbursement be applyed.
The landlord can not be held responsible for a power failure, of the Internet and / or satellite cable in any of these cases, a deduction and / or reimbursement does apply.

12. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.
13. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable.
14. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
