General: Property is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces seasonally available (October-April). Timber Hills Lodge is a 1-2 mile drive from several restaurants, activities, and the Carson Creek entrance to Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. The cabin also features a flat, pull-thru driveway for easy in/out boat parking. Contactless check-in/out process provided with enhanced cleaning measures implemented for your safety. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 21, no exceptions.
