Do yourself a favor and stay away. The villa itself is nice but as we arrived we discovered there is crazy construction just one minute away - with dynamite explosions and noise all day long - from 7:00 in the morning to the evening. “Koze” customer service was completely unhelpful about it all day suggested as we take 15% off for the next stay which obviously will never happen. the villa was dirty !!!! we found a dry disgusting chicken bone glued to the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. When we notified them about this they said they will check with their cleaning team and nobody ever called us back and of course they did not come to clean- we had to clean ourselves. the sauna did not work without prior notice please stay away worst service ever and we will sue them also.
