My stay was good. The property was clean and quiet.

The staff was very nice, check in and out went smoothly. The room didn't look vacuumed and there was a slight odor. Everything else was clean and worked well. The bed was very comfortable. Not much offered for breakfast.

The 2 men at the desk went over and beyond to accommodate us with the needs we had do to disabilities and our caregiver traveling with us. They were very courteous and made our stay good.

Someone had did number two and the restroom before prior to us getting in the room someone underwear draws and bra was in the bottom of the bed

My overall stay was good the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean the only mishap was that my comforter had blood stains which was resolved very quickly!

Call in advance to the actual hotel if you book through hotels.com. We got there spoke to the receptionist and gave him the
itinerary number And he could not find our reservation but see everything confirmed on my phone. Long story short they had 13 people wait to get in a room for 30-40 minutes for the receptionist to make phone calls about why he’s not seeing it on his end just to hang up after the first phone call to make another one to someone else. Which would have taken up more time

Overall,the place is a little over the hill. Musty smell, shower leaked (sprayed water on the ceiling). Breakfast selection way below other places I have stayed.

They upgraded us upon arrival which was very nice. The staff was nice, but the hotel and rooms can really need an update, it was clean though. Breakfast has a lot of prefab choices which we skipped

It was very quiet and comfortable. The gentleman who waited on me at checkout was very friendly. The only issues I had were the mattress cover and sheet came off at one corner during the night and there was only one package of regular coffee in the room. The other packages were all decaf. Other than that, it was nice.

Breakfast was horrible, no fruit, no yogurt offered. Premade sausage biscuits were an off brand and horrible tasting. Noticed stains on towels but they were clean. Front desk staff were very friendly.

The shower door was plastic and operating the controls was cumbersome. The coffee maker and ice bucket were bith in the bathroom and there was only de-caffeinated coffee! This hotel had a good rating and price as to why I picked it but it was less than desirable. Place was rundown and room felt dirty. The continental breakfast was super basic and not good. The one good thing is the staff were very nice.

The hallways smelled so bad. The shower was so dirty. The set up for the shower was so weird..open the door, reach way down and across to turn on and then get blasted with cold water.

Room was very outdated. It smelled musty in there. The air conditioning was very loud and noisy all night. there were not many options for breakfast. The hallways stunk. The bathtub had hair in the tub. The toilet was not clean.

My room was very clean. I didn't have any issues with cleaniness. You can hear people in other rooms pretty well. The carpet in the halls needs replacing. Breakfast was ok. Don't expect much if you're doing low carbs. :-)
