Just steps from the apartment, you’ll find a boulangerie with fresh, warm bread every morning, a delightful pastry shop, and a traditional restaurant serving authentic local dishes. For seafood lovers, there’s a fantastic fish restaurant nearby, offering the freshest catch of the day. Transportation couldn’t be more convenient, with a bus stop literally two steps from the apartment, making it incredibly easy to explore the area or travel to the city center of Durres. The spacious interior is thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials provided, down to the little details like a ladle and chopping board, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were exceptional, providing valuable local tips and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Sono un nomade digitale e per il mio lavoro la cosa più importante è una buona connessione internet e devo dire che questo requisito è stato pienamente superato, ho registrato una velocità media di 300 mbps con picchi 600 mbps, senza nulla togliere agli appartamenti che sono semplicemente fantastici e hanno tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno.

it is near the beach, reslistically some 500m from beach

it feels cold and wet place, dark even during day. in hot summer it can be ok, but during our stay it was not pleasant. the beds were in really bad shape, rhey feel like to fall apart immediately, every move was with horrible sounds of breaking things ....
