La vue de la chambre et de la douche n’est pas très jolie, les jets du spa et le jaccuzi ne fonctionnait pas, pas d’emplacement ou se garer et il n’y avait pas Netflix ou n’importe quelle plateforme de streaming sur la télé

Esteticamente molto bello, spa inclusa molto suggestiva, ottima colazione inclusa e posizione centrale e tranquilla. Rooftop molto carino.
Considerato il rapporto qualità/prezzo di Tirana e la presentazione dell’Hotel sia su Booking che esternamente dal vivo, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più dalla camera, un po’ vecchiotta e con una vista praticamente nulla. Per gli standard di Tirana il prezzo della camera è medio-alto e di conseguenza le aspettative da rispettare sono alte.

Communication was fast and clear, price was reasonable, location was great, staff are kind and helpful, facilities are clean and neat, room was beautiful, breakfast delicious, massage and Spa was delightful!

Exceptional hotel, from service to the room itself, the Luigi XIV suite was everything I wished for. A pleasure staying at this hotel & I can’t wait to come back.

Unprofessional staff (the girl who works at the reception with glasses the most). The TV does not work in the rooms, it was not possible to turn off netflix or just the internet. They couldn't fix it all day.

lavishly decorated, beautiful wellness area with spa, steambath and a nice size poolc. comfortable beds
slightly more attentive reception would have been appreciated. upon checkout they made a silly charge of 5 euros for a lost keycard. a neglectable amount compared to the totatal bill, hence my surprise.

Best location in town. Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. Spacious room. The staff did their best to ensure that the group of friends had rooms next to each.

Kind staff, good breakfast, left fresh fruit and water at bedside, access to spa area. Guests can directly pull up for valet service, awesome rooftop drinks

The hotel staff was excellent and really elevated my trip with knowledge and helpfulness. This is spa hotel, so its best if you plan on using that amenity. Lots of good food and the main sites are easily walkable from here.

the hotel has an old part and renewed part. this condition is not properly explained and can not be understood. when I reached the hotel and saw my room, it was definitely from 90s.

I like the staff and their attitude. Very kind People.
Multiple days i experienced some commotion 4am and sounds like a mafia boss was shouting at staff. Amigo amigo and some words that I did not recognize
