Breakfast excellent. Situation ideal for centre of the city. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room just what we wanted.

The location could not have been better, it is right in the centre but on a relatively quiet street. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is really good :) The rooms are not very big, but they are comfortable and clean. We had a lovely stay!

A lovely hotel, well located near Skanderbeg square. Staff was extremely friendly and competent. Special thanks to Valbona for her kindness. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh and local products. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. The hotel lobby is very pleasant with a bit Magritte mural.
The only minus was that the sauna and turkish bath were closed due to the energy crisis. I had actually chosen this hotel because of the spa facilities. A nice compromise would be to open the facilities one evening a week, instead of closing them altogether. That would also cut back on energy costs while still allowing the guests to make use of the facilities. And it would be good to advertise the fact that the facilities are closed on the website and on booking, so that customer can make an informed choice.

Outstanding hotel. Probably the best welcome and customer service I've ever experienced anywhere in the world. The room was perfect, wonderful bed, good shower, good breakfast and perfect location. I highly recommend!

The location of this hotel was awesome. I was walking distance from many of the cities popular sites.
The price could have been a little lower but still this place had a good value.

Location. My husband requested a birthday cake for my birthday and the staff got me surprised when I went for breakfast.
Smoke odeur where we were having breakfast... seems people still smoke inside the hotel ( next to the main area) and the smoke crossses to the other side. That is a big issue in Albania...also the room had some stain smoke on the night table. Humidity in the bathroom

Apart from the excellent location, right in the centre and accessible to everything, the staff were so helpful and friendly. I've travelled to Albania many times and stayed in various hotels, but I'll be choosing this one next time.

Had to go to Spital American 1. Hotel guy called taxi. My wife left phone in cab Called hotel- taxi - phone back in half hour. Everything you need you will get from this hotel The staff are like magic. So amazing l

This is my second time staying here. The GM offered a room upgrade which was very kind. Central location. Has an elevator. Large dining area for breakfast including large outdoor seating. Breakfast is buffet though I did hear people order eggs when there weren’t any left in the buffet.
Just a fact. City centre though on a quiet street there’s always a little noise from cars, motorcycles, people talking etc.

High standard and very friendly staff who gave us complementary drinks and a small liquor bottle at departure
The breakfast could have been better, maybe a bit more streamlined with fewer items but with higher quality would have been nice. The first day the breakfast was made to order but our waiter didn’t write it down and gave us quite arbitrary stuff from the menu. The second day it was a buffet but a lot of items was quite dry and unsatisfying.

Excellent location. Basic decor room but had everything needed. Loved the outdoor terrace for breakfast and drinks later in the day. Elevator to top floors. Gerando the GM is always trying to please his guests.i have booked this hotel for next week, again.
Not the hotels fault but I smelled cigarette smoke when the AC ran.
