Good central location. Nice to have a great restaurant next door. Friendly staff and clean. Good value, if this works for you.

The first night (tue) my room was next to a karaoke bar that went on until 12.30. The next one (wed) it went on until 1am. I asked to change rooms, which was acknowledged but to no avail, the other side was just as noisy until 2am. So it works if you go to bars nearby until late, not so much if you need to get up at 7.30 to work.

Location is great! When checking-in we had some issues with our reservation (it did not appear as the correct dates), but staff solved the issue quickly. Spatious balconies!

Some light bulbs were missing from the lamps in the room.

Cleaner didn't lock my door after cleaning, luckily nothing was missing from the room.

It was easy to reach the destination even as we arrived late at night. Staff gave us all information for self check in. Room was nice, we were satisfied but would have expected a little more for 4 stars. Breakfast was delicious with enough options to choose from. The property is situated near the center. All places were easily reachable.

The rooms were a little worn out. The bathroom door was made of transparent glass. Although part of it was faded it did not give enough privacy.

The staff is very polite and accommodating. The location is amazing, Blloku is a very nice and central part of the city, close to all sightseeing points and full of nice bars and restaurants. Breakfast was quite nice, with a good variety of food and an amazing cappuccino.

The window of the room was facing a construction site. Other than that, the room was quite comfy.

Room clean and comfortable, decent shower, breakfast simple but nice and made omelettes on request. Great location, 2 minutes walk from all the trendy bars and restaurants in Tirana. Welcoming and helpful staff who took time to help us with our onward journey. Would stay again!

Top place to stay in Tirana! Elio at reception is a gem and all staff are super friendly. Good sized room, perfect bathroom, top location.

Staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the room had a nice balcony. The area is very nice and the receptionist called a taxi for us.

The curtain rail was broken so it was tricky to open the balcony (this needs to be fixed). The bathroom door was transparent so you could see your travel partner sitting on the toilet, which is not nice. Also the bathroom door and walls could be a bit more soundproof. I thought the room was a bit small and the bed too soft, but that might be my personal taste. It also would not hurt to out a second chair on the balcony since it is a double room

The staff was nice, discreet and efficient. They were flexible on our arrival time (late night) and provided us with clear information on how to check-in and get comfortable. The hotel's location is very central and practical to visit a lot of interesting places in Tirana, as well as to get easily to restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We spent our first two nights in Albania there and came back for our last one.

- Not so clean "cleaning brush" for the toilets. - Damaged floor next to bathroom's door (due to a leak of water coming from the shower when you would use it).

The staff was welcoming, helpful, polite and professional. Clean rooms with everything we needed. The location is perfect, near restaurants, pubs, markets, clothing stores etc. Next time I visit Tirana I will for sure book here again.

The glass door in the bathroom is beautiful but can sometimes disturb the other person during night when the light is on. Maybe the glass can be painted darker …

Great location, everything with walking distance. Lots of great cafes, restaurants and bars close by. Staff were very helpful when my luggage didnt arrive on my flight. Great breakfast in restaurant below. Highly recommend

I’m their website says that car park is included. in fact they direct you to a car park where you have to pay extra money. also although the member of staff whom we came to contact was absolutely amazing and polite his knowledge of the hotel and room was not good at all he seemed like he didn’t know anything

We had a lovely stay at the hotel and everything was super nice 🙂 We arrived in the middle of the night and already had all the information we needed before the arrival...so everything went very smooth. Great breakfast and location.

We thought the pillows were way to big and therefore a little uncomfortable to sleep on. But not a heavy issue 🙂

Clean room in central location with large balcony, helpful staff.

Due to being so central, the noise from nearby clubs was quite loud over the weekend nights.

Bed was very comfortable and it was in a great location. Staff was helpful and value for money was good

It wasnt very clean

The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Bed was very comfortable. A/C literally was a life saver. Cleaning ladies were very attentive. My room was spotless clean every day.

The room was very small. I only had breakfast once and did not like it, but it is very personal. For others options offered may suffice. Hotel is located in the neighborhood of bars and clubs. Loud music almost every day. Soundproofing not the best.
