Villa Perla is a luxurious residence of 300 m2 that can accommodate up to ten people in five en-suite bedrooms with sea views. The interiors are inspired by the beauty of the island of Zakynthos, while the traditional stone architecture of the exteriors blends seamlessly with the landscape.

The entrance of the villa is located on the first floor along with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with sea views, a cosy living room with fireplace and a colourful garden with barbecue, wood-burning oven and outdoor dining area. Furthermore, on the same level there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea views.

On the ground floor there are three further master bedrooms and a junior bedroom. All bedrooms have their own balcony with sea views, access to the swimming pool and panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. One of the master bedrooms is located in a separate studio, built right next to the main building, and is fully equipped with kitchen facilities, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower, providing additional privacy to its guests.

Villa Perla has individually controlled heating and cooling systems in each room, ensuring absolute comfort and privacy for our guests.

The outdoor spaces of Perla Villa (1,300 m2) include a beautiful fenced garden with lawn, a private infinity pool (40 m2) with Jacuzzi, solarium and outdoor bar, a shaded sitting area, barbecue with wood-burning oven, a shaded dining area and a private guarded parking area. All outdoor spaces enjoy beautiful views of the pool and the sea. The garden has a children's playground and a gate giving direct access to a golden sandy beach with crystal clear waters.

You will be able to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and a unique experience. Private sun loungers and parasols are also available.

Villa Perla is located right on the beach of Ambula, in the area of Tragaki, a quiet seaside town in the east of Zakynthos. Discover ‘Vardiola’ at a distance of about 3 km in Kypseli. Vardiola used to be one of the watchtowers that the Venetians built to protect themselves from pirates. Hiking or cycling among the green olive trees is a suggested activity for nature lovers.

In addition, you can taste fine traditional dishes of Zakynthian and Greek cuisine cooked with pure ingredients, as well as fresh fish of the day. In the evening you can visit the great restaurants that are just a short walk from the villa.

Furthermore the villa is only 1 km away from the town of Tsilivi where you can find a shopping centre with supermarkets and numerous shops, only 5 minutes drive from the villa. You can also experience the nightlife of the island of Zante, enjoy a dinner in a first class restaurant or a dance in a bar or discotheque. Tsilivi beach is perfect for children, as the sea water is warm and shallow. The more adventurous can enjoy water sports or go to the water park. Along the beach road there are bars open from early in the morning until late at night where you can have your favourite drink.

Villa Perla is located 13 km from Zakynthos International Airport and 8 km from the capital of Zakynthos and the island's harbour. Villa Perla is also close to many places of interest, so you can easily visit the most famous monuments of historical or natural importance.
