It was a nice place. Almost new, so much of it is in great shape. You need to ask for room service; it’s not a daily thing. But breakfast was decent and staff was friendly.

Very clean and new hotel very comfortable bed only the breakfast a bit disappointing only had apples or oranges at breakfast no other fruits and all on paper plates with plastic cutlery

Everything was nice and clean. Area was nice around the hotel. We stayed one night just to get to our cruise. The bed was stiff! Thought at first it would be good but after a sleep my back was killing me. But overall great. We will stay here again. The area was nice but once we went out to get little Caesar’s then we got into a run down town area. There was some steak house in walking distance right across from the hotel but we wanted something cheap.

Hotel is very clean and seems to be on the new side. Has all kind of amenities, including a workout room. But the beds are awful! Ive stayed in plenty of Comfort Suites and never have the beds been rock hard! Literally sleeping on the floor wpuld have been more comfortable! All 3 of us were miserable. I was thinking maybe it was just our room but spoke to another guest as he was leaving for electrical line work....he had stayed in 3 different rooms over the last couple weeks and he said every bed was extra firm. So if thats your fancy, this is the hotel for you! If you prefer soft or anywhere in the middle of the road, I doubt youll get any sleep.

Hurricane evacuation. We had to extend our stay. Staff was very helpful. Cleaning staff wss very nice, polite and helpful in our extension. Breakfast was great every morning. Generator is only good during power outage on first floor. This is a new hotel.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was not very busy as it was still fairly new when we stayed.

The hotel is 3 weeks old (09/29/2024). Everything smells new and is new. Swimming pool perfect. Laundry too. Standard breakfast. Close to Kennedy Space Center. The best hotel in my 30 days trip.
