This immaculate newly converted apartment is ideally situated in the quiet Botley residential suburb of Oxford just 2 minutes walk from the main Botley Road and a 10 minute bus journey leading into the heart of historic world famous university city of Oxford.
It also has an on-site dedicated car parking spaces with additional on-road parking adjacent.
The Space
As you walk in the entrance and up the stairs the first thing you will notice is the light, airy and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. To the left is a newly fitted kitchen with built in appliances including a new washer/dryer should you need it. To the right in the spacious living/dining area is dining table and chairs and large comfy Sofa and Sofabed and a large Flatscreen Smart TV.
On the left hand side of the apartment you will find a nice brand new fitted family bathroom with both bath and shower along with the essentials such as Shampoo & Shower Gel and quality towels and as you move through the rear of the apartment again on the left you will find the smaller of the 2 Proceeding up the 2nd flight of stairs in this split level duplex we arrive at the sumptuously large master bedroom which can be set up either as a Kingsize double or as 2 single beds and has its own Sofabed to sleep upto an additional 2 people depending on your requirements and its own Large Flatscreen Smart TV. The master bedroom is equipped with its own en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet and plenty of wardrobe storage for hanging clothes and drawers for everything else.

Although away from the hustle and bustle of the main City Centre, the apartment is superbly located in a quiet residential street which is just 10-15 minutes or so from the main shopping high street, the newly constructed Westgate shopping centre full of big name stores and boutique shops.
Oxford railway station is just a 10 minutes bus, taxi ride or car journey away.
This Apartment is a perfect base to explore Oxford itself and enjoy the many attractions it offers such as the world famous Oxford University, the City Centre with all that it has to offer from sight seeing, history, culture, cinemas, theatres, shops, bars and restaurants.
Getting Around
It also takes just 2 minutes to get onto the main A34 dual carriageway serving easy access for Bicester Village and to Newbury for the racecourse and connecting junctions to the M4 motorway for the South West and Wales, and M40 Motorway for Birmingham, The Midlands and London.
